My go-to restaurant for good soul food! I’ve been coming here for years, but today was the day! I noticed a new menu item: STICKY WINGS! The wet sweet sauce is not too sweet and the wings kept their crunch! These are my favorite sides pictured and I also ❤️ their potato salad.

Love the food here. The salmon is definitely the best I’ve ever had. Just wish that you could still order salmon by itself on door dash. Little pricey now so can’t get order as often as I used too :(. Overall an amazing place to order food from though!

I reach my aunts house after a 2 hour drive from NY and we was starving. I Googled places to eat and this spot came up a 2 minute drive from her house. I prayed black folk was doing the cooking and it sure was. I purchased food for 5 adults and didn't spend $100! Everything was delicious ?. The salmon was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fried wings were delicious and gone in seconds. Yams, Mac and cheese and collards was delicious.

The quality of this food has gone down. Always check what you order. I will say the cornbread is good. Other than that. Don't go here. Go to: JUST TO SERVE YOU!! Located in Wilmington, De. The food is twice the quality. The portion size is double of what L&G serves. It is furthur to drive, but well worth the drive. Don't think I'll be going back to L&G......

Dry Salmon, Macaroni was tasteless and had watered down cheese if I can even call it cheese. I also had a side of shrimp which isn’t shrimp it’s like fantail- imitation quality. I’ve had better food in a local bar in Philadelphia. I’m convinced they are only open because there aren’t many soul food options in Delaware.
