I just had the worst experience Ever at McDonald’s first the African girl at the drive thru forgot my happy meal and I let a black fat lady who was bringing an order out and she said ok I went in after 5 minutes and still no happy meal so I went inside n she’s steady talking so the nice guy helped get my happy meal it’s like the disregard for my childs missing meal is unacceptable!! The workers need to be trained again clearly this was not ok I don’t have these issues at chic fil a!! I thought the Wilmington McDonald’s was bad but no now this is the worst one n I willl never come to this location again fries were cold never again‼️

The food was great but it took 15-20 mins before someone came to the register to take my money. The employees seemed to be more worried about the drive thru and could care less about the dinning room. That being said this was this one visit,usually the service here is awesome.

I Mean It's McDonald's, Which Unfortunately Means Nothing These Days... Never Any Good Customer Service, ALWAYS Seems Like Your Bothering
At 1 point (before December) I used to pick-up delivery with ease and 0 delays! Amid December and on I noticed a severe change in customer service for the worst! Staff became bias and began randomized discrimination towards "certain" people. It still continues until this day. Almost like they hate my presence. The McDonald's in New Castle County/Newark. And most likely surrounding areas. There was a drastic change in staff I noticed as a delivery driver. Not for the better

This location used to have a fast drive-thru but now you'll spend several minutes not moving at all. The dual drive-thru works better with faster service but the slow service here almost causes accidents when the lanes merge. I still like the other one on 13 better. This one has gotten a little better after the pandemic. Probably because the prices are so high and unaffordable that less people are in the drive-thru

The quality of the food was actually amazing. My order was made correctly and food was fresh and hot. The only con I can state is the "pay Me and pull to the reserve" mentality. I understand speed of service but damn. I don't think there ever been a time that I was able to get more than my drinks at the window.

Had a great time with the grandkids. After ordering, the kids ran straight to the playroom and someone brought our food to us. Everything was clean and bright. The kids loved their happy meals. You can't beat a classic!Kid-friendliness: The playroom was great, they had a family bathroom. They brought our food to us so the kids did not have to wait to play.
