Let me tell you something… I was craving a deliciously smooth, cold, and refreshing mango water ice with vanilla custard. ITS ALL I WANTED!! I CHOSE TO EAT THAT OVER ACTUAL DINNER BECAUSE I WANTED IT SO BADLY. Everything was going fine, everything was nice and tasty… Until… I started discovering black spots and what looked like dirt and mold spots in the bottom of my cup. At first I ignored the few tiny specs, but then I found a CLUMP of this dirt substance. I was horrified. I gasped in awe and horror as I realized this mysterious substance that was in my GIRL DINNER was all too prominent inside of my meal/dessert. I’m traumatized. I’m disgusted but.. most of all.. I’m disappointed?. I’m hurt. How could the Rita’s I know and love me so unsanitary. You will NOT be attaining my presence at this specific establishment ever again!! Zuri out?.

Very short version for this location: Good but limited choices.Also very annoying size choices. There’s small or large and the difference in price is obviously intended to steer you into a large. The size complaint isn’t limited to this location. It’s a Rita’s thing. There are minimal flavour choices for custard and water ice at this location. When I visit different Rita’s locations I’m pleasantly surprised how many more custard and water ice flavours are actually on offer. I’m not intending to slam this Rita’s. What they have at this location is very good. It’s just very limited.

Customer service did not seem professional. I ordered 2 pretzels and was told I had to wait 15 mins. Waited 15 mins told be that the pretzels weren't even put into the oven. I understand that places get busy sometimes but as an employee you should always do what you said you were going to do do. Also to make sure the appropriate inventory is ready to sale at all times.

Rita’s water ice flavor has really dropped! Where are the real lemon peels in the lemon? All the other flavors tastes has declined as well. At the same, the price for 1 quart is almost $7.00! Something needs to change or we won’t be back!!! SMH!
