Was here at 7 PM and all the lights were out.Clearly, the intentions were to make everyone think they were closed so no one had to work . Very sad.

The Lane Vision

Wow, I can’t believe that the Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich looks nothing like the sandwich on Starbucks board. I called and spoke with a store associate who offered a refund but I will take my money back and never order from this location again. I was told they use an outside vendor. Well they need to change vendors. Also look at the sandwich before handing to the customer!

This is my favorite Starbucks. The people are always so friendly and kind. They always make my order right. I have been here at different times of the day and I consistently receive the same service and product. I refuse to go to any other Starbucks now. Hehehe.

If I could give any word of advice, never go here if you are in a hurry or need to be at work in the morning the morning crew as soon as they open up are very slow I mean to the point where I wonder if I’m mad at McDonald’s drive-through at midnight. Only two cars in the drive-through and you would think the whole place was filled the level of speed and effort wasn’t there. Also, on a sidenote, there’s a guy who works there with a beard get ready to deal with attitude, and someone who clearly hates their job. My big advice to him as he should just quit every time I go to the drive to that guy is miserable.

I have been buying coffee at the Starbucks on Route 273 behind McDonald's every morning for several months now. I'm old school. I pay cash whenever I can, and I have been paying cash at this Starbucks. A few weeks ago, the attendant made a surly crack about customers who pay by cash. I was confused at first, but as I drove away I thought it was probably because when customers pay by Smartphone or credit card, they have the option to tip. Unlike many drive-throughs, this Starbucks does not have a tip jar at the drive-through window, so there is no opportunity to tip. So, this morning, the latte which I received was HALF FOAM. That's not an accident. It had to be intentional. The foam is added after the cup is filled with coffee. It doesn't form as the coffee is poured.I am always cheerful, friendly and polite, so the only reason I can think of that a regular customer would be treated this way is because I pay by cash, and therefore the attendants can see that I am not leaving a tip, even though there is no place to put one anyway.This new "custom" of tipping BEFORE service is simply extortion and leads to situations like this. These businesses need to get a handle on employees who seemingly feel entitled to money they have not earned. Unlike full-service restaurants, fast-food employees are paid at least minimum wage and have minimal customer contact. The jobs are NOT equivalent.If I could leave zero stars, I would. Starbucks, you just lost a steady customer. Get a handle on your entitled employees who have no loyalty to their employer.

the girl that made my drink gave the wrong size and the girl that was at the drive thru checked before she even gave it to me and realized it was wrong no hesitation she re made my drink without me even saying a word. and then continued to clean off my drink before even giving it to me. her name was joy and she was absolutely amazing!!

I hate leaving negative reviews but despite the okay customer service, at 11:00 am on a Sunday, I wanted to pay using cash and none of the registers had enough change to break the $100.00 bill on a $30 purchase but yet by this time I wanted two chocolate croissants and they didn't have it to fulfill my order. So not busy enough to have change but busy enough to run out of items. Got it.

Unfortunately, there was a customer who was at a table with his laptop and cursing often during his telephone conversation.Otherwise, the music and ambiance were very good considering the size and layout of the store.
