If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This place is just one big biohazard. The cooks don’t wash their hands, the servers eat off your plates, I got sick from their KIDS chicken Alfredo. Everyone is rude except for Vivian. Not a good place to eat or be at all. I was told from a former employee that the Gm is racist so there’s that too. Oh can’t forget that they have ROACHES in the KITCHEN…DO NOT EAT HERE

Worst experience ever. My kid goes to school at UDEL and I've never had a worst experience. Food was OK, service was a zero. Workers and I assume manager having a gaggle at the bar. I will never go to an Applebee's again.

Bought take out, riblet platter, when I opened the plate, coleslaw had no dressing, there was a piece of French fried inside the coleslaw, no utensil packet, fries were soggy, asked for extra sweet Asian sauce and there was none.
Food was as per usual, they were nice and gave me a extra 5 boneless wings with my endless wings when I took them to go(accidentally or not they didn’t have to give them to me when I told them it was a mistake). Service was nice, our waitress was nice but forgetful. Atmosphere as always was good, clean restaurant and was told by every staff member I walked by to have a good night! So that was a plus
Most horrible dining experience I have ever had in my 70 years of life. Waited a long time for drink and appetizer order. Queso dip was cold and needed to be sent back to kitchen to be heated. Main entrees came out Helter skelter. I had ordered chicken quesadillas but didn't get them until everyone at my table had already eaten. I sent them back, since my daughter graciously shared her chicken quesadillas with me. To top it all off, had GI issues later in the day. I will never go back!

I asked for my steak, blue rare, and it came out medium. The server was not very attentive to our table and the drink that I ordered was not available as they didn’t have bitters behind the bar.

This particular location was a huge disappointment. We usually go to the one in Glasgow. That location has a level of consistency we have been able to depend on. The Suburban Plaza location was very unkempt. Dirty floor, sticky table, no silverware, food took extra long, and not only were they out of Splenda, but also Sweet & Low. So nothing to sweeten my tea with. The server tried her best, and she was attentive. The restaurant itself seemed to be below average for this chain.
