I’ve stopped at the location 3 times now. At every encounter staff are rude and state they are closed. Hours posted state they close at 6. Every time I stop at this welcome center it has been between 1pm-3pm.

Don't come here unless if you want bad customer service/get yelled at. I came because I wanted some cinnamon sticks, I could not see the menu prices so normally when I do not have my glasses, I pull out my phone and use the camera app to close in so I can actually see the numbers and what's on the menu. Unfortunately, I did not buy anything due to the fact that one of the employees (she was an older woman) YELLED at me saying "DO NOT TAKE PICTURES OF OUR MENU, YOU CANT DO THAT!". This was no normal "Hey, do you mind putting your phone away, we don't allow photography within the Biden Welcome Center" but noooo she YELLED and made everyone's heads turn. Never will be coming back here again from this experience, it's a rest stop, be kind to people traveling, I just wanted some cinnamon sticks

I do NOT recommend this business due to dishonest business practice. I ordered a Cinnamon pretzel, but was given Cinnamon nuggets. The price was higher, but when I realized it was the wrong order before leaving, and I asked to have it exchanged. By now, I had already given the cashier cash for the nuggets, and I expected to get back the difference in price. However, when I asked for my money back, the cashier just told me flat out that they were the same price. It was such a lie since their prices clearly displayed. I had to press for my money back by approaching the manager, and luckily I was successful. I also asked the manager if they accept T-Mobile Tuesday's BOGO deal, and she said yes. But when I tried to claim it, she said no. If I could give 0 star rating for this business, I would. Avoid this business so you don't get ripped off.

Was absolutely terrible, my friend was ordering and they rushed her to pay without letting her finish the order and did not let us convey our message and when she did they over charged us for the wrong thing and instead of refunding her money they said “oh well” and did not have many options and the pretzel wasn’t even warm.
