Steph from customer service is such a great person , she help me fix my membership after the manager Tasha messed it up , she also helped me with my credit card even offered to upgrade me to the elite card . I'm just so satisfied with her services. Finally they have someone up there that is polite.

bj's always has what i need, and the employees are very helpful especially one employee in particular her name is tasha. she is amazing, the day in question was friday april 2nd, i was on line and i noticed she was going around helping everybody like she was the only one working, and she was very friendly. she is the the quality employee that will have me coming back to shop. kudos to tasha. i hope this feedback gets back to her.

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I would give zero stars if that was an option.Do not purchase any expensive item because if there is a problem, tough luck. I contacted the 1-800 customer care number and that was useless and a waste of 1.5 hours being on hold . No one on phone could help. I was told that I would get a call back and an email back within 48 hrs. Representative said they would mark as urgent. 48 hours came and went, They never got back to me . I am really shocked with this experience. Costco would be a better bet.

I love BJs. Costco has very little of what we use. BJs has it all. You have to know your prices as with any store but in general, the prices are good.

Seeing mice scurry around is far from what I want to see when I'm good shopping. Ive only been there twice in the last year and saw a mouse both times, including today. Gross.

Waiting patiently for Costco to open in Bayonne. The traffic is a nightmare, and as David T stated, some hoodlums approached me at the register to use my membership swipe because "theirs expired". I fell for their tricky. As I was driving home my mind began to wander. "What if they use a stolen credit card and it's traced back to my membership account"? Don't fall for it, apparently management knows this is going on and allows them to slip by the card checkers at the front door

I ordered a cake from BJs Bakery in downtown, Jersey City NJ for an Induction ceremony for NJCU and specified that I was red writing on the cake saying "Congratulations Nu Pi Chapter Inductees!" Unfortunately I get to school, open the box, and realized that the word congratulations wasn't even spelled correctly! This is absurd! Never again am I going to BJs to depend on there word for something important like this!!!

Avoid this location at all costs!! They allow hoodlums in without memberships. Then they have the nerve to harass everyone at the checkout isles to use yours because theirs conveniently "expired" Every. Single. Time.

BJ's is replacing all their name brand products with sub-par garbage. The worst of the worst is their Wellsley Farms Rotisserie chicken. Slimy and gross.

BJ's is a good wholesale club similar to Sams and Costco. They have everything you need and the prices are good. We enjoy shopping for groceries at BJ's.

Went to there optical Department and ordered glasses on Nov. 13. I asked to have them shipped rite to my address as they said it would be faster and I though it would be more efficient. They said I should have them in 7 to 10 business days. It is now DEC. 11, almost a month later. I finally called them and they said there was an error and they had been sitting in there drawer with a note on them. They sent them out yesterday Dec. 10 and I should have them in another 7-10 days!!! I am so mad. I truly believe PROFESSIONALISM HAS GONE OUT THE WINDOW in our society today and nobody cares!!! This will be the last time I get my glasses from BJ's wholesale.
