Set for 20 minutes before being approached, 20 minutes for food bucket of blueberries in pancakes, had one vup of coffee asked for a second never got it, yelling at each other from the kitchen area, I tried I really did but not sure if I will ever come back again, its ashame its very close to me

Haven't been to Bob Evans in years and decided to stop by. Had about a 10min wait for table, which I was surprised at cause it didn't look busy. Once I was taken to my table, I saw the place was almost full which surprised me. Food prices were about the same for breakfast as all others, but serving size was definitely better. And amount of items for each meal was great! And lastly, food tasted great and service was good. Definitely not wait years to go again!

Food quality definitely went down! Potatoes weren’t cooked at all. Pancakes were cold and hard as if it’s been sitting .. very disappointed. Service is always good though but the food :( won’t be coming here until you guys find a new chef !

The home fries were hard and half cooked, French toast was not brioche but regular bread, eggs were hard scrambled when I asked for soft, and the Arnold Palmer was mostly lemonade. Food was very bland. I was extremely disappointed especially since I took my spouse to this p lace for a birthday breakfast smh. Never again. Could've cooked at home and heaps better. $30 wasted.

Tonight was the first negative dining experience I've ever had at a Bob Evans. This is my nostalgia/comfort food because the first job I ever had (granted, only 7 years ago), I was a server at a Bob Evans in southern Delaware throughout high school.Tonight, we waited nearly 10 minutes to be sat in a nearly empty restaurant. We were not acknowledged for another 5, and it took almost 15 minutes for us to place our order. Our food itself took 35-40 minutes (two breakfast entrees) to come out.When we did get our food, one dish was ice cold. It's saving grace was a few lukewarm pancakes.After we'd finished eating, we waited another 15+ minutes for our server to come back, but she never did. We ended up walking to the counter ourselves for our check, but the hostess was also nowhere in sight.I hate leaving negative reviews, especially against a chain that I have always taken such pride in.
