Went into the last remaining Boston Market there is. The one woman was nice. We had to use the restroom. Which was out of order. Both mens and women's room. The drink station was totally out of order. They refused to take a gift card from Boston Market. Saying they don't except them. So we are out 100 dollars. The man behind the counter wore his cot while serving us in his flip flops with his nasty feet hanging all out. I'm extreemly pissed. Boston Market used to be good. The last time was the worst fast food visit I've ever had.
Worst Boston Market we've been to. Dirty. Old and outdated. One employee. No napkins. Extremely tiny plastic fork for eating. No knives. Food was terrible. We took a few bites and threw our food away. Very unorganized. Not sanitary at all. It operates under the name Boston Market but it is no Boston Market. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Should be shut down.

Stopped into this location for dinner on the fly and regret it. The place which was once a thriving business is now a ghost of what it once was with creepy vibes. Door front windows were soggy and the place was empty. There was literally one female employee which was less than nice. I wanted a chicken sandwich and she basically barked at me saying "no sandwiches".So I ordered 2 meatloaf platters to go with mashed potatoes and gravy and what was supposed to be creamed spinach.There was no resemblance of cream in the spinach and yet I was charged extra for it. I'm not sure what was in the meatloaf but it didn't even look like what their meatloaf used to be. The texture was smooth with a tint of red greasy like appearance which looked like it had been made with Alpo dog food. Mashed potatoes were OK but again nothing like what they were before. Gravy...could she spare it?The kicker...$14.49 per platter. The best part of this meal was the cornbread.I will NEVER eat here again.Total rip off for inferior quality and basically rude service. Oh and the utensil I was given was a spork. What a creepy experience.

Y’all I was told awhile ago the Boston markets would be shutting down but I must say this is no longer Boston market. And they are remaking the items with their own recipes.. because it tastes completely different. EVERYTHING. And they never have the usual items which is weird. Chicken is super dry.

This Boston Market did not have basic things like corn bread, napkins, plates, fountain sodas, and a clean place to sit. The place looks and feels ran down. The chicken is was really dry and tough. The mashed potatoes, gravy, and mac & cheese where watered down and had no flavor. Two people walked in and then walked out when they saw the state of the of the restaurant. Need I say more.

I have no clue what I bought but it wasn't Boston Market. The Mac and Cheese was disgusting, and the mashed potatoes tasted like powder. This was not Boston market, at all. Maybe new company bought it and still using their name or whatever but I spent almost $30 on good that I didn't even take 5 bites of.

If I could give a zero star I would. Because what in this sloppy mess? I DoorDash an order with macaroni they don’t have it so I get cilantro, lime rice they give me regular white rice thats hard and crunchy. These yams are running all over the place, and there is hair on my chicken, y’all should be closed like the other location. This is a nasty disgrace for a business.

Sadly Boston Market has taken a nose dive in Delaware. This is one of the last remaining ones alive and they appear to be a knock off Boston Market instead of the real thing. There were only 2 employees in the restaurant and they were dressed as if they had to come in on a Saturday to work. The atmosphere looked like they were going out of business and operating with half the resources. The food wasn't "terrible" but not at the standard it once was. This may have been my last Boston Market meal ?

The Bullet : Last of a dieing breed. And lately I've come to find out why.The backup:, our last few trips have been very unsatisfied for me. They had no spare ribs on our last 2 visits. They had no pulled chicken. On a previous visit, hey had no meatloaf.It seems that for whatever reason they can't get supplies of the food that they normally keep in stock.The woman behind the counter is very pleasant, helpful and always apologetic. I usually get Boston’s market when I visit … it said that they were still open fine I made a stop to this location … the doors were locked and looked abandon the lights were on but they were supposed to be open it just looked sketchy if they started shutting down all the stores why not add this on bc I will never stop here again after looking inside…
