Very high quality food especially for a food truck. Excellent brisket as platter or sandwich. Fantastic twice-cooked fries. Smashburgers also very good. Owner David is pleasant and works hard to make good food. You can taste the quality and care he puts into his food. Highly recommended. Check his schedule to see when he's near you.

I enjoyed Bucky's BBQ on Saturday May 28, 2022 at Old Stone Cider in Lewisville, PA. We got Brisket and Pork sandwiches, baked beans and fries and everything was fantastic. I especially recommend the brisket, I am typically not a huge brisket fan but Bucky's was amazing. I hope they return to Old Stone Cider and will also keep on eye out for other locations they set up at in the future.

OMG! I had brisket before and it was okay, but Bucky's has the best one so far that I taste, even my wife love it! If you get to be around of one the location Bucky's will be attending, I advise you go! I believe this Saturday coming Buckys will be in Dew Point Brewing in Yorklyn, De!
