Pay attention because the reviews of bad service at this location keep piling up and the same response is being given. Believe this my friend is reaching out to the owners because managers have failed to address issues & trust me a change is coming to this location.

The bartender alley just absolutely not attentive the the customers at all in the back 20 minutes and people with empty glasses & the owners are local and friends with my friends at South wind mortgage company.

Order wings they are pre cooked. Came out cold within 2 minutes. Sauce stuck to them like they were leftovers in my fridge. Very small for the prices. Another Waiter plays with his hair and then serves ppl with hand in prison tray. Place has definitely lowered standards and raised prices.

Last few times I've been here have been absolutely horrible. The restaurant is absolutely dirty like filthy definitely not being cleaned regularly. I got some severely overcooked wings with barely any sauce on them and when I complained about it I was asked did I want replacement wings for the ones that were burnt? How about making my order again correctly and not making me pick through which wings are done right or burned! Probably won't come back to this location

All the reasons you need to hate buffalo wild wings, are here.Staff doesn't care about customers experience.Food is pretty bad. The wings are the tiniest I have ever had. Not only were they dry, but way over cooked ( enough salt to kill a goat ).

I enjoy coming out to eat at bdubs but from now on will be seating at the bar. My waitress Sam was no where to be found and had to wait until she showed up after 20 minutes for my bill. I’ve had good service here before but it lacked today.

Updarw Rated this place a year ago. It was fine. Yesterday you failed and could have gotten people sick. The 4 of us ordered wings a burger and nachoes. Waitress brought drinks. And just sat them infornt of one of us and walked off. Well over an hour plus later she walked back to us and only after we flagged the server down. Did they come over. Was not checked on this whole timeOthers got their food. Late but got it. 1 minute after the server came back with food. Everything was Sone cold and looked awful. Server then walked off. With no explanation No I am not eating cold, left out food. We said we will not pay for this food. Then they tried to charge us for the two softdrinks. And over charge at that. Since when is a Pepsi 5 dollars. We asked to speak to a manager. He came out and was confused on why we didn't want to pay 10 bucks for only 2 watered down drinks. And the food was cold. Nothing about let us try fix this just okay the food will be taken off the check. Yes of course it will !!! This is the BWW by border cafe and the spca if anyone is trying to figure location. No i will not be back to this one or any BWW if you think it's any where near okay disregard customers or server food that has been sitting out and dangerously under temp. And chicken at that. It wasn't even under hot lights. You should be shut down for this!!! Zero stars. If I could.

Ordered takeout, appetizer was cold and 20 out of 30 boneless wings didn’t have any sauce on them. The “manager” Dana, a horrid cvnt told me that she would refund only 5 of the 20 boneless wings that I received with no sauce, because I’m lying, and she personally bagged my order and knows for a fact that she only screwed up 5 of the 30 and not 20 of the 30(she screwed up 20/30 and is braindead)
