My husband went to pick up take out and got there before the order was due to be ready so it would be fresh. It seems like every single time I order from bww I have an issue no matter what location. Tonight I paid $40 to get dry, hard boneless wings, cold french fries, and an order of fries missing. This seems to be every single time. The wings always have barely any sauce and are always hard. Overpriced and overrated. I won't be going back.

By far the worst experience ever. Not expecting fine dining but the food was disgusting. We had a group of 10, waited an hour for food (not very busy), some had drinks but weren’t offered refills. Ordered a Cobb salad and received lettuce, one hard boiled egg, some sort of ground up chicken and side of blue cheese. Disgusting. Almost no one finished their meal.

Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their race or background. It is unacceptable for any establishment to tolerate or perpetuate such behavior.Furthermore, the quality of the food I received was subpar. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the staff, I was informed that the kitchen chef was responsible and no efforts were made to rectify the situation or offer an alternative. This lack of accountability is concerning and reflects poorly on the standards of your establishment.Additionally, I observed discrepancies in the level of service provided to different tables. While some were attended to promptly and received adequate assistance, my specific table was neglected. We were not served drinks, and it seemed that our needs were overlooked in favor of other customers.As a patron of Buffalo Wild Wings, I expect better standards of service and treatment. I urge you to address these issues promptly and take steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers should feel welcomed and valued during their visits, and it is essential to uphold these principles.I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards improving the overall experience for all patronParking: the parking lot is very small and difficult to get the parking in busy hours.

Ordered 30 wings. Website stated up to 4 sauces. Store would only give us three! Used the superbowl excuse! That being the case, the company would have a disclaimer on their website. Had nothing! Also, website offered all flat as an option, Store said no! Again, superbowl. Wings were dry as if sitting & one barely had any sauce on them. Two gentlemen running counter, had no business doing so. Customer service wasn't in their vocabulary. Shame, cause this Store didn't use to be this way.

Finally had to leave a review... I had an issue in the past where they didn't include fries that I ordered but I let it slide. This time it's superbowl Sunday and I ordered 2 days in advance. Been standing here for more than 40 minutes and still waiting. At this point I'm missing the superbowl. Terrible management on a day when you know thing are going to be busy. No excuse. ?

Any review you write you get an bot genrated response we got terrible service, now watch a buffalo wild wings account will reply to this and tell us to fill out a form. That's the only thing they do. Just look at the most recent reviews Apple maps or Google maps it's all the same. Trash service.

So, the server explained that the policy is only an ounce of liquor per shot, but I couldn't find this policy anywhere on the Buffalo website. The industry standard is usually 1.5 ounces, so it's a bit confusing. Also, I noticed that the Apple Maps review for the place is only 2.5 stars, so I guess it's not too surprising. On top of that, we were charged for an extra drink for seat 3. they could check the cameras to confirm what happened easily.

The wings were as flavorless as the service, and the atmosphere felt more like a muted sports bar than a lively hotspot. If mediocrity is your flavor, this place is a touchdown – just not in a good way plus the drinks were horrible the waitress had hella attitude. FYI I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER TOO AND THIS JUST KEEPS

Although we frequently visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, our most recent visit was completely disappointing. The bartender was unwelcoming and useless, and the service was appalling. The drinks tasted like soda and were weaker, which made the situation worse. The bartender said she could only pour one ounce and that we would have to pay more for a double shot when we requested one. Not good enough! We have no plans to return anytime soon. She states that it is only one ounce every shot according to her rules.

We're usually loyal customers at this Buffalo Wild Wings, but our recent experience fell short of expectations. The service was subpar, with an unfriendly bartender who provided little assistance. The drinks were disappointingly watered down, resembling soda. Even when requesting a double shot, we were informed that only 1oz could be poured, and an additional charge applied. This policy seemed unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has left us reconsidering our future visits.
