Last time I ate there was Saturday Feb 3rd 2024, I ended up with horrible food poisoning afterwards. And I know it was from here because it’s all I had eaten that day. I will never return to this location because of that and the fact that the staff is so unfriendly, they always close earlier then they’re supposed to and workers stand outside with the back door open while they do trash and smoke weed. I never write bad reviews but this location is just getting to be horrible.

Worst burger king ever. I give up on this one. I always order on the app and every time I arrive I have to wait like almost 10 minutes to get my food, even though the line is empty. My food is always cold at this location. Skip this one and go to the one across from shoprite in governors Square instead.

Dietary restrictions: The cashier was very rude. I asked for fresh onion rings. As soon as I paid she handed me the bag. I told her I asked for fresh rings. She said “THEY FRESH!” They were not. They were not busy & I didn’t wait at all. VERY RUDE!
Honestly, The only saving grace for me with this location is that they’re across the street from where I work and the food is always relatively fast.I’m assuming that the employee I interacted with the last time I came in was one of the managers.But the way she was talking to her employees and the way she was acting (even eating the food being prepped) was honestly pretty disgusting.

The Female managers here will not come out to be nobody in life... they're very disrespectful.. I got a chewy bread from them I bit the sandwich I had to rip the bread. Then the fries were rock hard, I CALLED 10 times nobody answered , next day called again female answered she tells me I cannot get my food replaced without the food or receipt, the receipt that the crew member DID NOT GIVE ME, the DISGUSTING FOOD I THREW IN THE TRASH they was asking me for so i told them I don't have it because I threw the food away out of anger and being HUNGRY afterI spent my hard working money I was hungry.. then she goes ahead to tell me she can't help me.. after I told her I called 10 times and no one answered she "hung up on me " I called back nobody answers very disrespectful store very disrespectful managers... never again worst place

I purchased the new spicy chicken wrap, and I was so disappointed with this sandwich. It was sloppy and had a small amount of lettuce that did not look fresh. The chicken was this little strip of meat with this spicy sauce. Terrible sandwich, don't waste your money on this sandwich.

Periodically I visit this location and am greeted by a friendly young man named Brandon whom works at the drive through window. It is a pleasant surprise to find someone like Brandon who is actually professional and efficient performing this type of job. Brandon should be appreciated for his valuable contribution to this company. This is exactly the type of person who should own a franchise. At the very least, Brandon’s salary should be increased considerably before he is offered a more lucrative opportunity. It would be mutually beneficial to compensate excellent employees as Brandon.

It's a Burger King not a 5 star restaurant! Good food, good service and friendly staff. I eat here several times a month as it's close by and the food is consistently pretty good. I know this can change from time to time with staff turnover but I've never had a problem here with the food or the staff.

We have been here 3 times now hoping things might get better. But we won't be coming back. Each time the service was so slow. The people cooking the food did so at a snails pace and when we finally got the orders they were cold even though we complained it was like speaking to someone from.another planet. They had no clue what to say the last time we not only had cold food but the bins were as hard as bricks. Staff need more training and a lot more enthusiasm. If you go to McDonald's staff are on.the ball very fast pace so food always hot. Come on burger King its not rocke science yiu much do a lot better to survive now days.

My husband went to get us the Spicey chicken meals for lunch and they both were a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. The chicken was so rubbery if not for the sauce i would think it was fake. I couldn't even pull it apart. The Chicken had so much grease on it that it soaked through the wrapping. Now i know why i don't eat fast food often..
