“My employer caters lunch twice a week from Pamela's Gourmet. If there were more than 5 stars I'd mark them all. I'm a vegetarian, and Pamela's gourmet create delicious meals, including artichoke, banana peppers, olives and so much more from the typical vegetarian options. Their homemade salad dressings are the best I've tasted....ever. I will definitely use Pamela's Gourmet for personal catering and continue to be grateful and spoiled by my employer bringing in deliciousness. Naomi G.“

“Had the pleasure having Ennis BBQ the other night. We ordered two pulled pork sandwiches, mac and cheese, cornbread and brisket sliders. The portions were massive and I took the rest for lunch the next day. Everything was exceptional and they let me try all the bbq I wanted. ( that really made me happy) Thanks guys you rock! “What a great experience. So responsive before and during the event. We forgot a number of items for some of the things we handled internally (a knife and server for our custom sheet cake among other things). Viji ran out to purchase them to make sure that we had a seamless event. She and her team went above and beyond. Would 100% use them again.“

“I had the opportunity to try Ole tapas for our end of year lunch at school. The menu for the day had six options and they even had a dessert option. I went with the nachos. The portion size was very generous. I only wish that there was more meat than beans. The top layers of the nachos packed a good bite, by the time I reached the bottom the nachos were very soggy and wet from the beans. The churros were delicious. They were served warm and were cooked to perfection. Overall I thought this was pretty tasty for a food truck. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get the food out to over 50 people.“

“The team did an amazing job for our North Dakota State fan tailgate as the football team faced off against the U of Delaware. Over 300 people were fed with fresh off the grill burgers, brats, hotdogs, & delicious sides. Chef Stephanie and her team epitomized great service and hard work for 4+ hours onsite. The pricing was very reasonable and they easily adjusted as our attendence increased. The crowd praised compliments to our alumni group about the meal and the service that Twice The Spice provided. If the Blue Hens host the Bison again, we'll be making only one call to Carmelia.“

“Getting married is one of the most important choices of your life and we are glad we chose to do it at the Farmhouse. There is no other place we’d want to play a central part of our wedding day. We knew the Farmhouse was special the moment we saw the gold plated mirrors covering the walls in the main reception area! From that moment on, it was clear the Farmhouse and their staff pay attention to detail and are incredible at creating special days and little moments for the couples they work with. We worked with Anna and were greeted with kindness, excitement, and openness to executing our ideas and aesthetics. Anna played a huge role in keeping our spirits high and making it an overall smooth and wonderful planning process. WE LOVED the space: outdoor, indoor, and separate rooms to break up the venue space was wonderful. It was much more intimate and exciting than some of the other venues we have been to that tend to only include one big room. We were happy to be able to float around and dance with our loved ones inside on the dance floor, chat with people near their tables or the various stations, go to one of two bars, or hangout on the deck or in the grass. We saw that a lot of the kids gravitated to playing outside with the games, leaving the party space to the adults. Some of the older individuals floated into the smaller rooms at times. The deck area was loved by all who needed to take a breath or cool off. We highly recommend this venue because it is great in that it gives something for all types of guests to do whether that be drinking, dancing, lounging, playing games, etc. The food was wonderful from our perspective. We asked some of the haters in our life what they thought out of curiosity and they all also loved the food. The Farmhouse did a great job at coordinating with all of our vendors, ensuring we were all in the same area. Our guests complimented the outdoor space, greenery, staff kindness, and experience. “First time here. I brought my husband here for his birthday. It definitely did not disappoint. Beautiful decor. Wait staff Kelly and Wade were amazing. Very helpful and patient. Started off with appetizers. We had the Alligator meatballs and shrimp lejon. Main course we both had filet mignon with twice baked potatoes and brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked to perfection. We ended our delicious meal with dessert. We chose the bread pudding and peanut butter and chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Will definitely return. Thank you for an Amazing. Spectacular.
