This cava has the best food I’ve had from any others, all the staff is so nice and friendly and always willing to help with choices!! It’s always super clean as well!! Definitely recommend the harissa avocado if you like spicy food!

Let me preface this by saying I first started eating at CAVA in San Diego back in 2021. I was hooked, but I later moved to the Midwest where CAVA is non-existent. I visit this location and San Diego locations when I travel on business. Unfortunately, I don't know if it's bad luck or not, but my experiences recently have been underwhelming. The portions for the price are becoming smaller, and I feel like I need to beg for the pita (not that chips) that was always offered for free with bowls. If this is what a publicly-owned CAVA looks like (IPO in June 2023), I don't want it.

Food and staff deserve a 5-star rating. Food is both satisfying and delicious. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. I travel for work everyday to Delaware, since the moment I tried Cava, I haven’t looked elsewhere. Special shout-out to Jodi, Justin, Harry, and the rest of staff for treating me with exceptional service day in and out. Thank you!

Really liked the Mediterranean style food bowls. Lots of vegetables and salad options that won't bother those looking for Halal or veg options.I recommend experimenting with the sauces as they were too good. The place has bottomless drinks so that is an awesome bonus!(Didn't have a good photo except or this showing a half eaten bowl)Vegetarian options: FalafelVegetablesChickpeas and HummusRiceSalad leaves

i just went in to pick up a toogoodtogo order and the girl didn’t even bother making her way from the cash register to where i was standing, instead opting to yell at me and when i obviously couldn’t hear her she just got more and more aggressive. i know that everyone’s trying to get home asap but the literal point of toogoodtogo is for someone to come in around closing to pick up food that would otherwise be wasted… it just seemed a very unsettling way to treat another human. i’ve worked in service and if my manager heard me talking to someone like that i would have been fired on the spot, but the person in charge here was literally screaming from the back of the store to the dude cleaning the doors about not forgetting windows or something?? again i get its the end of the night and service workers dont owe us anything but theres a basic level of respect owed to strangers in everyday interactions and this was not it :/ they definitely skimped out on portions as well, i’d say literally a third full at best but i dont care as much about that, i probably just wont be back because of the off putting experience:(

My first time at Cava was wonderful! I had the Greek Salad Bowl and it was delicious! They have such a variety of fresh salad bowls and pita sandwiches. They combine a variety of tastes that compliment each other and turn the meals into treasures for the tastebuds!

I visited Cava for the first time This evening. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt like I needed to take the time to write this one. Although the food was delicious, I must say the experience and service was outstanding. I had a most pleasurable time speaking with in an interacting with two employees this evening that made my experience for the first time at a chain restaurant Truly memorable. I had the opportunity and the pleasure of meeting Harry and Elias at the, Newark location. They both took the time to introduce me to the Mediterranean cuisine and you got me through the process of creating a delicious and flavorful bowl I just wanna say kudos to cava for hiring to exceptional employees. I hope you guys do your best to maintain them as they are an asset to your organization.

I really enjoyed the spicy lamb meatball pita. It was slightly spicy an very saucy. The pita itself was a good size as well. I would definitely visit here again.
