We ALL know what great service is offered at Chick fil A … however, the person taking my order must have been new. I ordered grilled chicken nuggets since I have Celiac and must eat gluten free. So my order came out with breaded nuggets and although it was marked that my vehicle was correct the name on my order was incorrect … everything else about my custom order was correct so I know I didn’t pick up the wrong order. When I went back through I tried to return the whole order so they would know I wasn’t just trying to rip them off. The manager waited on me at the drive thru and kind & apologetic. This has never happened before at this location … so KUDOS to the manager!!!Dietary restrictions: I am so thankful for the gluten free options!!!

Out of all the Chick-fil-A’s, I have been to, this is the fastest one. It is always so packed at lunchtime, but they manage to clear it out so quickly. I have been to other Chick-fil-A’s with not nearly as many people, and have spent so much more time there. Whatever management is doing, they deserve to be recognized. And I can say this consistently at least since 2019. Ate Chick-fil-A during both of my pregnancies, and it was the first meal after both of my births at Christiana. Signed, a happy mom.

Even though the mall is crowded and loud this chick fila still has fantastic service and delicious food. The only issue I have is sometimes I have issues when I customize my sandwich with extra cheeses. So a bit of attention to detail fixes that issue and it doesn't happen all the time so I still have an amazing place to eat.
