New Review: so I also ordered some items from China King, and Newark Delaware, and had them delivered to the house by DoorDash. Those new items included mayonnaise and walnut shrimp, which is very similar to that coconut mayonnaisey" type shrimp or chicken that you get at the Buffay's, and I ordered General Tso's chicken in a lunch combination plate, which comes with rice, and an eggroll or soda, and I ordered sesame chicken and a combination platter, and that comes with rice, and it's pork fried rice that comes with these combination platters! And then finally, I ordered just some regular beef fried rice, And all the races are seasoned well, and look like the kind of rice that somebody's porch soya sauce all over, it's not that real bright yellow rice, it's like the yellow rice after you poured soya sauce all over it, but the taste is a nine out of 10 and very delicious, and in a large size. So the mayonnaise and walnut shrimp comes with a tail on, and I did not have any walnuts in it, just peeled and sliced cucumber slices, which were pretty gross and boring tasting, and I would say the overall taste of the mayonnaise shrimp was about a seven out of 10 because it seemed like they just fried the shrimp and then threw mayonnaise all over them, and the shrimp comes with a light batter on the outside, and the mayonnaise tasted like it was from a generic brand from any grocery warehouse? The shrimp were very good quality, but the execution of the dish was not very presentable or professional?! I would not order this item again! OK, so let's get to the General Tso's, it was medium spiced, and you have your choice of mild or medium or hot, and it was medium spiced perfectly, and it was very nice quality chicken pieces, boneless, with a nice medium, dark spicy and sweet sauce, and it came with the pork fried rice, and it was a very good portion, and it was definitely a nine out of 10, and I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is ordering from China King. Very good dish and well executed by the chef. Now, finally, the sesame chicken, which, as you know, is very similar to the general Tso's , but it's not as spicy and has a little lighter and sweeter sauce, and it was also very good, and a nine out of 10, and it came with the pork fried rice, and it was well executed and the chicken was very good tasting and a good size portion. I would also recommend this to anyone who is going to China King ! OK so overall I ordered about $100 worth of food here for delivery, and I was happy with about 75% of it., And what I would recommend for anybody ordering is don't be scared of this place because it's very good food , and it's fast, but is it the very best Chinese food you've ever had in your life or I've ever had in 50 years of living, NO it is not nor is it in the top two best places I've ever ordered Chinese takeout from! I will say don't be afraid to order from here because the food is good and they do have a very extensive "authentic Chinese food " menu running alongside the American Chinese menu at this location. So if you would like to try some very unique and authentic, and scary sounding new Chinese dishes, they do offer that! So I say, give it a try, it's pretty good. The food is very flavorful and well seasoned....For me, I think the next time I order American classic Chinese takeout. I probably will be going somewhere else and not back to China King. I'm not going back to China King because I just don't love the flavors and taste of all their items, and their eggrolls are just -Not awesome!!! This is a very solid local neighborhood. China takeout place in a strip mall near Walgreens. Why don't you give it a try and see what you think of it.

I ordered two new shrimp. They gave me more peppers and onions than anything else. As well as shrimp fried rice, mushroom fried rice, taste like it was cooked three days ago the shrimp and the shrimp fried rice was mushy and old I highly recommend that you do not eat here.

This is ALWAYS our go to place for Chinese food for many years (we drive over 20 minutes just to go here from Maryland). They are always so nice and know us well because of all the times we have been there and big orders (we are a family of 7 lol). They ALWAYS get our orders right and everything we have tried on the menu is delicious (especially Hunan Shrimp ?).
We ordered beef noodle, stewed beef with daikon( radish), and sliced fish fillet in hot sauce. The fish was spicy, but tasty. I like the beef stew the best. It’ll be better if they had a menu with photo, then I don’t have to guess what the dish look like. Btw everything is cheap compared to the ones on main street. Will try something else next time.

Ordered dinner for delivery. Told it would take 40 minutes. Ended up arriving in 1 1/2 hours, totally cold. My order of shrimp with garlic sauce had two shrimp and 99% soggy broccoli. The garlic sauce was good but the overall meal was lousy. My wife's pupu platter was also stone cold. The ribs and chicken were burnt. Overall, will not order again. Save your money.

My coworker got me shrimp rolls on Thursday when he ordered food. I took one bite , not great but i was hungry... second bite bam broke my dentures in half!! Felt like i bit into a rock. Now i can't eat and I'm a diabetic, can't afford new teeth and when i called i was hung up on twice. Not bashing them but beware is all.

I ordered 2 combos and a side and it took 2 hours for my food to get here. My food was obviously cold and disgusting.They didn’t try to make it better and yelled at me on the phone!
