Place is so run down they had duct tape holding the toilet paper holders up. The roof was leaking so buckets & stuff right in the dining room. Took awhile for service even though the restaurant was basically empty. The food wasn't even all that great for the price. After we left my daughter had to vomit within 10 minutes of leaving the place & me & my sons were on the toilets that night. I got the crab cake platter, frozen crab cakes that they burnt but were cold when they came out. I could've gone to the grocery store & made frozen crab cakes & they would've been better & cheaper than this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND & they'll probably shut down soon.

Crab du jour. Very reminiscent of Mr. & Mrs. Crab in Orlando, I mean down to the decor. Even the food, down to lemon pepper wings and shrimp boil that my wife had. With a vodka spritzer to top it off, there was a DJ spinning live with great song selection, this was a better experience than the one in Orlando.

Their Crab Bisque is the best I have ever eaten! It has a nice kick to it and tons of crab meat! We also had the crab cake basket with sweet potato fires, which put it over the top.

Wow....so bad I don't know where to begin. The floor was sticky. You could hear our feet sticking to the floor every time we walked in that place.Service was terrible. Asked for water 3x. Finally got it. Told the waitress no fries 4 x. I got fries. No proper tools for the crab legs....they ran out.Husband ordered fried fish AND shrimp. Shrimp never arrived. But the worst part was the "cosmo" I ordered. I swear it was dish water. Luke warm, in a plastic cup. Just abominable. Really, really bad all around. Oh, and P.S. the lobster roll I had did not contain any real lobster. Just imitation crab. For almost $30 that was criminal.

The bartender was great she said the service and food were mediocre. But the drinks were strong, glad I just had to walk across the street to the hotel.

Our server was rude and had an attitude the whole time the bathroom smelled like pee and they had just opened skip this place and go to the one on 202 food is better and so is the service

The clam chowder soup came out a little too warm for me. The mix and match in garlic butter was delicious. The fried oysters were delicious. Overall everything was good.

We walked in on a Friday night, our first clue that something was wrong was the place wasn't busy, there were people there, but no wait for a table or anything. We sat down, and were brought waters. 15 minutes and no waiter. A waitress, whose section we were clearly in, looked at us after taking an order and just walked away. No, I'll be with you in a minute or anything. I went to talk to the manager and the manager was off for the night. The bartender came over and asked what's wrong, and I told her we haven't been served or even talked to yet. She said she would get our waiter, and the same person who gave us our waters came back, not the waitress. We had enough of the shenanigans and decided to leave. Will not be stopping here again.

Ordered online and went to pickup the food, they asked for my ID which I thought they needed to confirm the name on the order, unbeknownst to me the receptionist took my ID and started walking to the other side of the room. I felt uneasy and followed him. I saw him photocopying my ID and receipt. So I asked him why he was doing that and he said they do this because some people cancel their order after pick up. All I had to say was WTH?!?! In this world of fraud and privacy concerns, I'm not comfortable with them photocopying ID's. If that's the case, they should make photocopies of everyone's drivers license and put a sign up online and in the restaurants warning people, giving them a choice to do business with them or not. So do the delivery guys make photocopies of customers ID's when delivering food?, what about those dinning-in? It needs to be consistent all around. How long do they keep the copies for?, what do they do with the information?, is it kept in a safe? Borderline discretionary if you ask me. Not cool. Not okay. Not going back. Oh and the food was too salty.

Coming in as a family of 5 you already know you will be spending lots of money. You don't need a Asian man to come right to your face saying you must pay 25% gratitude before being seated is just insane. I will never be coning back here nor will my family and friends. I felt so disrespected and was uncomfortable the whole time. PLUS More than half of our crabs were empty what is this nonsense. Never will i step foot back in Crab de Jour!
