“Awesome food. One of the only spots near by with beef bacon and beef scrapple. And sells breakfast all day. Great sandwich, bacon spread across the whole sandwich so every bite has bacon. Everything else I have ordered was made perfect. Owner is always working. Every time I go in there he is cooking. Great customer service. Definitely a spot I recommend to family and friends when they are in the area.Parking: Difficult to park right out front, tight space and limited . But there is a huge parking alot on the side of the building.“
“Went there this morning for some breakfast and got one of the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches I’ve had in this area. Customer service is immaculate. Shiv, the owner is incredibly generous and definitely knows how to run a business the right way. Des who works behind the counter made my sand-which this morning and not only does she know how to work a grill, she is very pleasant to talk too. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get something good to eat. 10/10“
“I have been going to Country Maid for 30 years. The lunch meat is fresh sliced and always fresh. The subs are great and custom made. Everyone that works at Country Maid are kind and very helpful. One of the best deli's in New Castle County!!!“
“This is the BEST place for sandwiches. Highley recommend this is one of those places with only 4 or 5 perpetual employees and somehow they never age. The sandwiches are so good and there's a great selection of snacks + drinks and even ice cream if you're freaky.“
“Malin's is always a treat! We got a cheesesteak, an Italian sub, and a cheeseburger. The cheesesteak was amazing as usual. The sub was the best Italian sub I've had in a very long time - fresh ingredients, crispy lettuce, the right amount of seasonings! The cheeseburger left a little to be desired. It wasn't terrible, it just wasn't up to par with the rest of the food. The staff is always pleasant, whether on the phone or in the store. Overall, this is one of the best deli/sub shops arounds.Parking: Parking lot can be a tight squeeze to get in and out of. I'd suggest parking in the side lot. It's much easier to navigate.“
