When arriving no one was in the front and my food was sitting at the end of the oven un covered and unboxed…… when the older lady came to the front she did not wash her hands but instead pushed her hair behind her ears twice and went through the oven once my pizza was in the box she handled it with her bare hands and instead of apologizing or offering to wash and remake my food she wanted to argue with me about what she didn’t do…….

Worst customer survice the night manager was disrespectful, called a total of 10 times got hung up on. When they didn’t hung up they had me in the waiting line for over 20 minutes and their driver never knocked on my door, literally watched him drive off but lied and said he did. I will be contacting

I ordered 2 pizzas, a marinara dipping sauce, and 3 garlic dipping sauce. When I arrived to pick up the order, the lady who I didn’t get her name working told me they were out of the garlic sauce so I asked if I could get a refund for them and the worker said “you want a refund for garlic sauce, we don’t do refunds.” With a rude, nasty and disrespectful attitude. While another worker was trying to offer me different options, the lady was still being rude and commenting to me as if I was insane for asking for a refund for something I paid for and wasn’t receiving. Wish I got her name to properly complain specifically for her. Extremely rude service and will not be returning.
be careful paying with card online. delivery driver apparently stealing tips and all dominos want to do is offer a free pizza ? no i’d like my money back. my card total updated high although i did NOT tip on my card food also arrived burnt and thrown in front of my door. had to pick up 6 sauces off the ground.

I JUST CALLED" tried to explain how my wings are NOT COOKED" the lady that answered kept telling me that they are, but are clearly NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY!!! They were mushy & extremely light in color. Ispoke with her, she hung up on me! Called back, got no answer! Tipped my driver $10!!!...NEVER AGAIN!!! ...I only WISH that I could post a picture of the food I received!!! ...my 2nd order came & it was the same issue, so I refused!! I called, she hung up again, but yet said I'd receive a refund, but how when I paid with cash!!! Wings are trashed & I wasted $30!!!...manager was JUST NASTY! Wont be ordering again til she & her ways are GONE!!! I want to see HER, eat the undercooked chicken I received!!!

I ordered tonight and walked in to pick my food up and the tall caucasian lady dark eyeliner and blonde hair, I'm guessing the manager had the most nastiest attitude! Didn’t great me at all and said “are you picking up?” And then proceeded to shove the marinara sauce in my hand. Expensive area to live in and restaurants in the community have horrible people like this. Lets do better dominos!
