Delivery Pizza store that does not deliver. Will accept an order in the app and then just cancel it for no apparent reason. There is always a problem of some kind. No answer to my calls either. Why are you guys in business?!

I tried onion capsicum thin crust pizza from 2425 Pulaski highway. Honestly, I didn’t like this pizza. It might be because of thin crust from domino’s or eating at home. I won’t recommend thin crust. But I loved the choco lava. It was super delicious.

Have ordered from here for years, though recently they have been providing horrendous service and have been lying to their customers. Going with curbside is going to be your best bet here, don't do delivery, will only take longer to get your food.EDIT: Even 1-2 years later it's the same as it was. The last two times I've ordered using curbside pickup they've cheated me out of free food by marking the order as "Complete" when they then take another 5-7 minutes to bring it out to my car. This cheats their "2-Minute Guarantee" This location has no integrity to their franchise's business offerings. I've had good experiences here, but man is it uncommon now... I enjoy Domino's, but will not get from here, certainly not anytime soon.

One of the workers named Mike treats the loyal customers unfairly. I ordered a pan pizza with multiple toppings. When I received it, it was missing a topping. Mike honored to replace it the next time I order at that store but the day I tried to he only honors a small plain cheese pizza. That is not to my liking that I will not eat and highly unacceptable

So I discovered my friend made a review on the place that was completely false due to a kid forgetting marinara or something when I was in a rush out the door….And kinda irritated me.Will say I have never liked dominos before….Just more of a papa John’s person.But the moment I started coming and ordering the pan pizza here. This spot alone has truly changed my heart pizza wise and definitely made me a regular dominos customer.The staff and manager are always nice and polite, the place is clean and they are quick as hell with getting pizza made.

After new management took over or something we've had our brownies burnt the passed 3 or 4 orders. Pizza isn't cut and wings have barely any sauce.

I ordered today and waited for 2 hours for food. It was never delivered. Order 1256 and I called twice to confirm the order was on the way. I was told twice it would be on the way. After I called after a third time the process to start it was never initiated nor was it delivered again. I understand it’s the Super Bowl as to why we ordered 2 hours early but I feel like this is unacceptable customer service from management. I got offered a refund and to pick it up myself instead of them delivering as it would take another hour. I again can’t understand this behavior nor negligence behind a small order placed so early.

Plain cheese and pepperoni, how can you mess that up???After spending all this money, plus a tip! I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Waste of money and been on hold for 15 mins. Only giving 1 star because it was delivered on time.

Domino’s delivery car, full wrap, small car, PA plates from this location is going to hurt or kill someone if they don’t stop driving like an idiot. Tonight 6:25 896 northbound, 75mph weaving in and out of traffic until it turned onto Four Seasons. Last week, crossed the double yellow line to pass on Glasgow Avenue (near Hodgson HS) @ 50mph nearly hitting oncoming traffic.
Austin is the best cook there. Food always comes out delicious and full of ingredients. He keeps a smile on his face no matter how the day has went & takes care of his teammates !!! THANKS AUSTIN !!!

The drink was forgotten which the driver volunteered to go back for, we ordered a couple pizzas and several side items that were supposed to come with dipping sauces and we received none of them.. it doesn't seem like a big deal but all they were willing to do was "credit" the account... I understand that times are hard and everywhere is "short staffed always" but the sauces change the taste of the entire meal and while you may not be willing to send a driver back out, nor did you offer to let us come pick it up.. simply taking a minute to double check an order before it's sent when we already have to wait could avoid dissatisfied customers from the beginning. Now I get a dinner that isn't what I wanted .

Great pizza great and accommodating staff!! Special mention to Christian, we accidentally placed incorrect order but he still helped us to replace it with new and accurate order. Very pleased with the customer service and cooperation!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would corporate will definitely be hearing from me in the morning I came to this dominoes last night September 13 2023 and my order was messed up call the manager on duty when I got home he was very kind and apologized for messing up my order offered me store credit for which was fine but when I returned to dominoes tonight September 14 2023 I asked to speak to the manager which was a different manager then last he was very rude everything was fine in the beginning and them everything went left cause he decided to be in my conversation as I was on the phone with my boyfriend and the comment he made he shouldn't be a manager his customer service was very bad and I'm very upset about the service I received tonight due to his poor service I will never return to this dominoes again I have visited this store quite a few times and never got this type of service so I will be contacting corporate and if nothing is done about the way he disrespected me I will go to the next level cause this was just wrong how I got treated
