Ordered 4 items. Picked up the order and went home. Found 2 items missing. Called the store. Told me to hold. Waited more than 30 minutes without answering the phone.

The pizza was undercooked and doughy. I called the store and spoke to the manager. He said it's going to be undercooked because it has extra sauce and that there was nothing he could do about it. He said next time I would have to call the store and ask for a pan pizza to be well done. So he knew it was undercooked and still sent it out that way. He said he's been the store manager for 3 months. Well in 3 months he should know to not send out an undercooked pizza.

There's a wait time when you order your pizza, however the staff should know if something's unavailable. I was made to wait for 25 minutes for my pizza and 4 bottles of coke, however they later told me that there's no coke and they can't to refund my money. I was forced to pick another soft drink instead as I was getting late.

Order online!! 15 minutes later was canceled cause they don’t have a driver until 4 pm why you don’t block the delivery option on the website , now you have my money until you refund me! But I don’t have pizza ! Manager over the phone rude and ignorant! When I called him he saids is not my problem if you don’t have more money to buy another pizza ! Great and stupid answer !!

Been ordering from this place for the past five years...I just happened to pay with cash today 50$ bill.. order was 31$ with a 5 dollar tip 14$ back in change,in the app it says drivers are not aloud to carry more than 20$ in change, which I understand.. Delivery arrives driver has 0 change on him,I was like dude I'm willing to tip you but I'm not giving you this whole 50 I'm like just give me 14 dollars back.I told him to contact his store,he took food back, which I understand.I called the store first person I spoke to claimed to be a (Manager) and I made him aware of the situation..he placed on hold then hung up...I call back a(manager)Loretta was very rude..need new staff at Polly Drummond rode. Will never order from you guys again..not that you care anyways..Seems like whoever these New people are some of them may need to be fired...check reviews of last couple months

They don’t deserve 1 star. Quality is very poor and waste of money. Order some where not here. Very bad customer service.

This is the most spiteful group of workers I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. We routinely receive incorrect orders and missing items. This location's solution every time is store credit. This store will tell you directly that they will not refund, even when you are missing items you ordered. They will often bring the missing items sometimes 3-4 hours late when your meal has long since been over and call it good. I have a doorbell video of our delivery driver shaking up our 2-liter of soda out of pure spite, because we had asked for the missing soda to be refunded. After asking the store to refund us this driver's 50% tip he was given, the manager said he will not take money from his drivers, called my wife a b**** and told her to kiss his a** before hanging up on us. Here is a direct cut and paste from Domino's corporate customer service team about this incident: "Because this store is independently owned and operated, the franchise owner is responsible for all aspects of operating the store. Domino's Pizza LLC does not own any part of the store, the property where it is located nor any of the equipment used in the operation of the store. Under the circumstances, we ask that you direct any further concerns regarding this to the store and local owner. Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us, . We want you to know that we appreciate your business and that we value you as our customer." So moral of the story is, buyer beware. God forbid you have trouble with this location or your order, you are out of luck. They can apparently do whatever they want without repercussion from corporate. This franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves.

Tried twice. 1st time they put me on hold for 10 minutes n I decided to hang up. Called a little later and waited 10 minutes but no one ever answered the phone. I have the screen shots if any manager/ owner want to see. They couldn't have been too busy because 1st call said 37 minutes for delivery. Then the 2 call they were less busy when it said 29 minutes until delivery. Oh the younger generation and oh how no owners care.

Long ago this used to be a terrific location however its fallen to a last resort option over the past few years. When calling an order by phone staff consistently ignore advertised specials and attempt to overcharge you. This has been an ongoing issue with this location. Even when you inform the staff of the special you’ve called for (which BTW are advertised online and also on their hold music) you’ll be met with outright lies such as there are no specials or even that they don’t know how to ring specials up!The impression is that the staff hate their life and care even less about your food so do yourself a favor and avoid this particular location. If you must order from Polly Drummond Domino’s then its best to do so online since you’ll at least be able to prevent them from overcharging you and it’ll also minimize the interactions with rude staff.

This is by far the worst Dominoes I’ve ever encountered. I called and was asked to hold and was hung up on. I called back advised I was hung up on & I asked for a special they offered on their recoded line, I was told with attitude they do not offer it. I asked to speak with a manager and the agent had an attitude laughing in the background. He places another agent and not a manager on the phone and I again asked a manager finally when I speak to a manager and I tell him it was hung up on, he told me I was not hung up on with an attitude &when I told him he has an attitude! He said “ now I’m hanging up on you“ …. This tells me a few things. Whoever is this franchise owner can careless what they do hat his location because the “ PikeCreek “ area keeps them afloat because there is no way you have managers hanging up on paying customers? And if they don’t give a dam about the customers they don’t give a dam about
