“People that work in Dunkin' Donuts are very friendly and kind I always get my coffee maybe three times in the week sometime too but they know me when I walk through the door I always go to Naamans Road in Wilmington Delaware my son don't even have to ask when he walked in they know exactly what he's coming in there for his mom's caramel coffee⚘“
“My Bible study group met here on some rather comfy furniture. Their well-priced coffee helped me be all the more alert and relaxed for the meeting. Next time I walk by this location, I might just leave them a tip for the previous pleasant experience that I had here.“
“Melissa is a rock star at the drive through. She's always joking and smiling and makes the morning commute to work enjoyable. Her ability to laugh with us in the mornings brings us joy. Megan is also the BEST at making drinks, and they ALWAYS come out right and tasting like sunshine and rainbows. Our food is always made hot when these two are working. Cold food? What's that? Not with these ladies! They are the epitome of customer service and service in general. I literally feel like I'm cheating on this location if I ever have to stop at another DD.“
“Love the staff there ... wish this location was a little larger but everyone there is very sweet especially the older woman who is usually making the drinks .. she makes mine right every time ?? .. the owner is a hands on and always at one of his locations working side by side with his crew ... “Fast service, however, they tend to run out of items a lot. They do replace with other items or refund, but it does get annoying and makes you question whether you want to deal with it when considering going. Food is good though. “I was at this location at 4:45am to get myself and my coworkers breakfast order and the woman was working alone and very quickly and accurately! Her name was Milly and she was super friendly and got my huge order correct and fast with 8 other vehicles behind me! I thanked her for my order and she replied thank you for your patience and told me to have a wonderful day! You wouldn’t even have known she was working alone since she was so efficient!“
“The donuts here are so good! They are the perfect balance of chewy and soft and not too sweet. My favorite is the Vietnamese coffee or the matcha. The Korean corn dogs are also super yummy. Id reccomend the cheese potato one. I've never gone in and been greeted with something other than a smile, everyone who works there is so kind and patient. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it.“
