Be mindful of your receipts, the manager or whomever it is has been adding an extra dollar to the order. It says it's for charity but he never asked if the dollar should be added.

I stop most days and it seems that even though their job is to make coffee and sandwiches. They can’t even do that I Oder the same thing daily and at it’s roulette what I get every time it’s never what I order I always overpay because I’m not getting what I order or pay for it’s gotten to the shop point my orders wrong more than right and I’m done patronizing their establishment. They clearly don’t care to check if your orders right so I’ll waste my money elsewhere.

Drive through...drink was wrong...manager was very combative and would not agree to correct the issue. Not going back to this one.

My coffee is messed up 90% of the time. This one is right next to my house and I drive further to another Dunkin because it’s so awful.

Growing up, my siblings and I always looked forward to Sundays. We would go to church and on the way home my parents would stop to pickup a dozen of Dunkin donuts. They were big and had a good amount of filling in them. My how times have changed. You would think a store whose product is 90% donuts would make really good donuts. That's the way it used to be. The donuts are getting smaller in diameter and barely any filling in the filled donuts. Kudos to the staff at the Dunkin locations. They are very friendly and are quick in serving. I give them 5 Stars. I have found really good old fashioned donuts that burst with filling at the Farmer's Market. I highly recommend the Amish donuts shops at either the Middletown Farmers Market, or Boothwyn Market. They are about the same price as Dunkin, but are much better. I hope that Dunkin eventually works back to its origins of making a really good donut.P.S. still love the coffee at Dunkin.

It feels like no matter how you order your drink or how many times you go back to get it remade, it will never taste good.

People that work in Dunkin' Donuts are very friendly and kind I always get my coffee maybe three times in the week sometime too but they know me when I walk through the door I always go to Naamans Road in Wilmington Delaware my son don't even have to ask when he walked in they know exactly what he's coming in there for his mom's caramel coffee⚘

This is my local Dunkin. I love this place . There is one closer to my house but I do t like it . On this location they always make my coffee the way is supposed to be and is perfect. I go there for years . 2 weeks ago I stop by before of my appointment to get my regular coffee . There was no cars on the line for the drive through so I decide to use it. I was the only customer. They took over 5 minutes to talked to me over the drive through to take my order and over 15 minutes to make a single coffee. I was so mad. The reason it took so long it was because the young lady was playing with her cell phone . Even when she was making my coffee, her one hand was busy because she was on her cell phone. I didn’t say anything this time, even I was thinking to go the next day and talk to the manager. But i said forget it. Today I decide to stop by again. Guess what????? I had the same experience again . The guy was on his cell phone and he even try to give me the wrong coffee. I said no. This is not what I order . He finally gives me my coffee full of whipped cream ?. I never get whipped cream on my coffee. They didn’t even asked me if I wanted any . I didn’t say anything again because I didn’t have the time . Other wise o would have him make me a new one. And I am not a complainer . I usually don’t complain. But honestly…. Leave your f…. Phone and do your job right .
