The bathroom here is always out of order so how is the employees using the bathrooms in washing their hands daily I would not go to this dunkin' donuts it is one of many that locks their bathroom.

I have tried to order at this dunkin on about 5 different occasions. I was only successful on 1, due to them being out of food items constantly. This is after waiting several minutes to be acknowledged by staff.

Normally I wouldn’t have anything bad to say about this Dunkin but today’s events have me utterly frustrated. I placed a mobile order about 15 minutes before I picked it up. It was a single cup of coffee. When I got to the Dunkin it was mobbed with students from the school across the street. I asked staff repeatedly if my mobile order was ready and was completely ignored. I stood there for 15 minutes and nothing. So total 25 minutes for a single cup of coffee. I ended up just leaving. Do better Salem Church Dunkin. You are going to lose your regular customers if you keep catering to the high school kids.

Love this place. The people who work there are pleasant and welcoming. The food is tasty and made well. It is clean. I love my Iced Caramel Latte with whipped cream, sweet.You won't be disappointed, the donuts and muffins are superb! ?

This drink was the worst drink I've ever had. I ordered a macha and the lady working there made a mocha. The lady barely spoke any english and was being rude. She didn't seem invested in her job at all and was very pushy. I recommend she gets terminated from her job immediately. Sadly, I don't remember her name so I can't say who it was. There was also ants in my donut. I thought they were sprinkles at first, but at closer glance I realized they were ants. This was very disappointing and disgusting. I had already taken a bite when I noticed and was forced to throw out the entire donut. This was a very disappointing trip and I was very dissatisfie. I will never be returning to Dunkin again.

Has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Dunkin’s are usually pretty inconsistent but this one has no redeeming qualities. Food is poorly made, coffee is bad and menu items are frequently unavailable. Do better.

My most recent order (through the Dunkin app) I had multiple issues picking up the actual food. The hash browns were clearly not fresh as if they've been left out from the night before. They forgot to give me both of my coffee's and I had to remind them before pulling out the drive thru that they were missing a coffee. The worst part? The chorizo egg & cheese wrap was absolutely cold. I mean you can feel the coldness through the bag. It was so cold when I first took it out that it actually warmed up as I drove back to the drive thru to complain about it. They must of taken it directly from the fridge and gave it to me that would be the only way it would have been that temperature. Overall their service is terrible and they don't do much to make up for it. If you order here just don't stray too far in case you have to have them redo your order.
