Flithy store (tables, floor, windows). I asked if a table could be cleaned I was told they will clean at later time. Staff are wearing masks but not covering both nose and mouth so whats the point. Staff were trying to force a customer with a large donut order to purchase "filled with pride"donuts. She was visibly upset by it and he continued to insist. Staff members were rude and short with incoming customers and how do I know because my order of 3 sandwiches and two drinks took atleast 5 mins. Thats a lifetime with only one customer ahead of me (lady with the donuts).

I bought an Apple crumb donut and it did not have one drop of Apple in it. Why do they have to be such a rip off? They charge enough for donuts and stand there and sell their product knowing there is no filling in it...POS

I went in there today around 10:45am to 11:am and the Lady was very unpleasant this is not the first time , I stop going there for a long time since I had an appointment I decided to give it a try NOPE same lady again and than there was an employee mopping or sweeping behind the corner which I find disgusting while the donuts were out in the opening not sealed or covered... What happened to the older guy and lady that were always so pleasant, respectful ?? and sweet.

The absolute worst Dunkin' I've ever been to in my life. It took over 20 minutes to get an iced coffee and one donut. Several people came in after me ordered large orders and walked out before mine was even made. I pushed my ticket closer to the worker because he was making the ones near the bottom that were just printed from the machine. He pushed my ticket away from him and continued to make orders after mine. If I had a complicated order, I'd understand but just one coffee and one donut.
