If you’re in a hurry, stay away the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been into and I do mean it’ll take you an average of 15 to 40 minutes to get what you need after you order

The drive tru person always sound very angry and has no courtesy. Did not respond to hello took orders and in his words “move to the window” .Paid and asked for my receipt he goes “did you look in the bag “ no you are supposed to tell me if you put the receipt in the bag .Learn customer service

Amazing staff and service overall. Though the manager needs to learn some leadership skills and not tell-off the team members infront of the customers. Give better feedback and stop being condescending to them, they've not been doing this for 5yrs+. Be a team player by helping them, vs standing on the side-lines and complaining about what they did wrong.

The absolute worst DD in America. It’s disgusting, the employees are rude & this location should be closed permanently. If I could leave negative stars I would. Not a business friendly establishment to public safety.
