Jenn the bartender and possibly the manager needs a course in customer service. While they are short staffed in the kitchen and it takes longer to receive your food, I waited TWO hours and not once did she check back or say anything, finally we cancelled our food order. Other customers were coming in, sitting down getting drinks and ordering food and receiving their food and we still didn't. Our order was 2 orders of fries, breaded mushroom and a chicken cheesesteak. Nothing crazy. Jenn tried to say that the cook was working in order of receiving the paper orders. I said either he misplaced it or you didn't turn it in. Either way, no way possible in 2 hours all of these other customers got their food and we didn't and they showed later. Jenn was extremely rude, never saying I apologize, service was poor, never checked in to see if we wanted something else yet tried to flag a service person multiple times. Jonny the barback was extremely nice and said they were working on our order. However, he showed up with food that was for another customer that arrived about 15 minutes prior. Nice atmosphere, lots of tvs and shows on, but Jenn ruined the entire experience. She is rude and condescending and needs to learn how to treat people correctly.

I have been coming here for years and I have had good experiences and bad experiences depending on the staff. I went there tonight and the manager Jenn was rude as hell. I ordered 2 fish taxonomy and a crab taco. The crab taco smelt funny and looked funny. When you can smell seafood and you know its bad. I told the bartender I didn’t like the way t smelled and I did not want it. The manager Jenn comes over rudely and say well don’t order this anymore. I said her name and ask her not to disrespect me as a patron. She rudely says well don’t come in here anymore. She is a rude manager with no customer service skills. I will not support this establishment ever again. Customer service is paramount to me , and I will not patronize a place who is just rude, because you make a complaint about your food not being quality.

Reasonable local bar. Place to go if you want to have a drink. I do appreciate that the music wasn't too loud...you could actually have a conversation with the person next to you and enjoy the music at the same time.

Shrimp and crabballs burnt . Then bartender get attitude when sent back. Then no one redid them just took off bill. Bartender even loudly discussed with other customers causing a uncomfortable feeling.

If you’re a fantasy football sheep then this place is for you. I love a good crowd but this place sounded like a cafeteria. Lots of games playing but no local games and you still couldn’t hear the TVs over the crowd. So I tried to play some music on the jukebox to drown out the conversations but management shut it off and it went back to sounding like a cafeteria. Nothing but a bunch of bhaaas’. If I wanted to hear people run their mouths, I would’ve stayed home with my wife or bought a bunch of goats.

Went on a Thursday was told the kitchen is backed up, can't come in. I said was not looking to eat. I just wanted to have a few drinks with friends. Was told sorry can't come in.

This bar/ restaurant is a great place however poorly managed. The owners are great people along with some of the staff. The food is in the upper category and the atmosphere on game day is great. We have frequented this place for 7 years until recently. The current bar manager is very unprofessional, dramatic, and appears to struggle mentally. This bar manager literally created a scene in the past over an 82 year old man not wearing a covid mask correctly on the night they were being eliminated. If you are to ask questions or express discomfort, she waves her hand in the air stating goodbye like an immature child. The bar staff has been a revolving door since her employment. Literally.... a new bartender can be experienced weekly as they do not stick around for obvious reasons. This bar manager also stages situations with probationary bartenders. Also, this bar manager added a mandatory 18% gratuity for all personnel (not groups of 6 or more) and has a two tier system on how customers are treated. Hopefully, the ownership recognizes the absurd behavior of this bar manager and removes the problem as this business has great potential for improvement.
