My mom is in a wheelchair and can not walk. She requested someone simply walk out the front door of the store to hand her the food she ordered that was already paid for. The woman stated she was just calling to tell her that the food was ready and hung up on my mom. When my mom tried to call back to speak to a manger or attempt to explain her reason for asking again, the woman continuously placed my mom on hold. My mom could see the woman doing this since she was right outside the store and could see inside. She has experienced numerous problems with this store and their lack of customer service, from rushed interactions and transactions to rude attitudes from staff. She will not be giving this store her business any longer and neither will I.

So far, I have only gotten takeout with delivery, one time, but it was enough to impress me to write this review. I got steamed dumplings, an eggroll and bone in spareribs. Everything was so delicious and I was impressed that the spareribs were not overly cooked. The last place I went to used to burn them, but Great Wall cooked them perfectly. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to order from Great Wall over and over again.Since this review I found out that Great Wall will not be delivering on weekends anymore, which changes things a bit. Last week I ordered food on a Sunday and asked for delivery because I couldn’t get to the restaurant. This is when they told me, unfortunately for them, I ordered from another restaurant and realized how delicious this other restaurant’s food is. I feel Great Wall is going to lose some business because of this, not only from me, but from others too.

I finally found a great chinese restaurant. This is the best i had in delaware. I must say the food is fresh . Shrimp fried rice is perfect and spare ribs were excellent. cooked to perfection.
