My husband wanted to try so he ordered the create ur own chicken noodles and broccoli. For $14 it was very very small portions I was disappointed he said it wasn't worth it he would be better off eating ramen at home. We tried it just not for us great atmosphere and staff are great but portions are not worth they price.

So I called this location this morning at 11:32. I spoke with Jess who didn’t seem to care about my issue, which I ordered from the honey bar, the dessert tasted very salty. It didn’t taste how it did when I had it in the past. She didn’t apologize or show any concern, she just said okay. I am very big on customer service, and I am tired of supporting these companies who lack customer service. If customer service is not your thing stop applying to these jobs. I won’t be back to support this HONEY GROW. Jess you left a bad taste in my mouth just like the cheese cake dessert from the honey bar.

Me and my partner placed an order and after sitting for 30 MINUTES (10 minutes after we received a text notification saying our food was ready) we ask about our order and no one behind the counter knows what we’re talking about or where our food is ..Come at the risk of your time being wasted .

I ordered two orders of spicy garlic with EXTRA sauce on the side last night...I open my food when I got home this is what I got. What would made the workers think that this is okay. If I asked for spicy garlic stir fry WHY WOULD YOU NOT PUT ANY SAUCE ON IT AT ALL. Then the chicken is bland. This is a 0/10 experience for me.

Absolutely perfectly cooked and delicious food ! Completely and utterly satisfying! Customer service is excellent! Staff went above and beyond to find me salt that I didn't even end up needing because the meal was so well seasoned !

food was great and lorene was the perfect host! 10's across the board. I got the chicken and shrimp stir fry with brown rice.
First time here. I ordered a Shrimp Cesar salad and my wife ordered a Spicy Garlic stir fried noodles. First, my salad was good overall but the salad was way too small for me to do any mixing of the dressing. I ended up eating most of my salad without dressing. My wife's noodles was also overall good. Noodles were actually nice, al dante, but this bowl was kind of like half full. Also a condiment station would be nice too. That said, we would go back to try something else.

I love the vibe and the workers are awesome. It is not set up for a first-timer to have a great experience. I did not enjoy my meal. I did not understand what a honey bar was. And I know I'll do better next time. I love that they have a seasonal menu and source their ingredients to be fresh and delicious. I thought the parmesan crisps were too salty. I thought the red onions were weird tasting and would not get either of those ingredients again. I think next time for my salad I will go for a customized one that I make myself. My husband really enjoyed his stir fry.Now on to the bathroom. They have two gender neutral bathrooms. One was okay. The other one needed a lot of attention. I felt like both of them should have been serviced more often and I know that that is something that a staff member is responsible for in a restaurant and so I was disappointed that they did not seem to be up on that part of things. Anthony Bourdain said in his book kitchen confidential. If the bathroom of a restaurant is dirty, how bad could the kitchen be which is not visible by the customers.Pee or pass? Pee for one bathroom pass for the other.Parking: This is in a shopping area. We were coming from the container store and it was really hard to get to because there was a lot of traffic and we had to cross traffic coming into the plaza to get to where it was. Well this is not the fault of the business. It was inconvenient, felt a little dangerous, and could have been done better.

The manager with red long hair was nasty and rude . I stood for 15 mins trying to get a staff members attention and no one serviced me . When I did get her attention she said I’ll be there in a minute. Mind you , all she was doing was stacking receipts in a pile . I thought the customers come first over paperwork ! Especially when it is busy ! Then 2 days ago when I ordered some food there was one of the cooks standing on the stove cleaning the exhaust fan . Shouldn’t that something they do when they close ? Not when customers are still coming in the store and ordering food and food is being prepared !!!! That is disgusting ! Customer service sucks at this location !
