Have been ordering weekly for years, unfortunately tonight’s poor customer service will end that.Ordered a cheesesteak with provolone. It was delivered with cheese whiz and provolone. Called to ask for a a new sandwich. Was told even though I deselected cheese whiz (which they call cheddar) and selected provolone that it comes standard on that sandwhich I would have had to further specify in the details that I didn’t want cheese whiz . who orders a cheese steak with two cheeses, and why would I want something I deselected.This could have been solved with a simple apology and a new sandwich but I guess they value a $10 mistake more than a $50/week customer. Do better.

The darker girl at the front desk was extremely rude and literally didn’t say a word to me at the counter until I was like hello? And then she was like “what do you want”. So I got my receipt and said thank you and she acted like no human has ever talked to her. It was quite odd and uncomfortable. It was even more weird when I got my slice and she slid it to me in the box and didn’t say anything again or even face in my direction. Idk just a weird customer service experience. Pizza slice was fine, asked for crispy, wasn’t crispy. Oh well

The people are great there but I’m very disappointed when it comes to the subs very stingy with the meats. An Italian sub should consist of different meats but when you get only 2 slices of meat it’s disappointing. An Italian sub consists of layers upon layers of paper thin capicola, salami, pepperoni and ham with vinegar drenched lettuce, fresh tomatoes sliced onions and cherry peppers. There hot foods are good like the cheesesteak and burgers and even there pizza are good. But I would not recommend there subs for the price your paying and only 2 slices of meat.

I just waited an hour and 20 minutes for a white pie. This pie was straight up cold and l it it was so hard I picked the whole pie up and turned it upside down like I did in the picture and nothing moved. It’s garbage. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. I can’t believe that this is from a “pizzeria” YOU gotta do better. That’s cardboard with a little cheese

I had to come leave a review! Their cheesesteaks are the best I’ve had in Delaware. I’m from Philly & love a good cheesesteak chile. I’ve only had the cheesesteak special with fries so I can’t vouch for their other dishes. But babyyyyy that dang on cheesesteak, is worth fighting over. Bread soft, onions & peppers well done, not crunchy, meat seasoned.People of color… this is our type of cheesesteak. I left this review for y’all. & everyone else who loves cheesesteak. Lol

Two strands of hair in my salad which caused me to get sick from the sight of it. I called to inform staff of my issue and I was asked a million questions along with urged to bring in the salad. That will be my last time ordering anything , I was disgusted.

Waited an hour and a half for my food to be delivered.. it was still warm but the taste was mediocre. Not my first time eating here but will be my last. Wait time isn’t worth the price.

Odered a white pizza( garlic, mozzarella, and olive oil) and buffalo bites. The pizza was ok but nothing special. There wasnt much of any of the toppings on it at all. The buffalo bites are basicly less than half a small chicken breast (if even that) cooked on the griddle. They were unbreaded and very lightly sauced. The celery with the buffalo bites was three pieces, three inches long cut in half lol. Not even equivelant to a half of stalk of celery. Way over priced for the quality and quantity you get here.
