I still gave them 5⭐️ but they need an update on karaoke songs more urban and up to date songs and artist, drinks need some more razzle, and food was great need more options. We had medium room 7 people could have fit more. Room was nice nice, the bathrooms where clean. We had 2 hours should have got more cause it was a vibe!!! Prices is good too!

I was taken here as a surprise for my birthday, for my first time it was 10/10 the service is fast the cocktails were so good and they even off non-alcohol drinks that are just as good! I recommend the pineapple coconut drink it was so good definitely will try again!

This place is great the food was sooo good and the drinks!! The customer service was great everyone was so kind to me. I especially like that the bowls are huge portions enough for me to have some for lunch the next day. They even had vegan options!! I will def be back ??
An absolutely horrible smell was coming from the back of the kitchen. The beef was tough as hell. They were transporting food to the restaurant unrefrigerated, literally raw meat in the trunk of their car, not even in a cooler. The "roasted pork belly" looked like undercooked bacon. I will absolutely not come here again.

The staff are very accommodating. They gave me a shot on the house once, which was very friendly of them. I usually get the make your own noodle/rice box. It is genuinely was very tasty and the ingredients seem to be fresh. The toppings also really elevate the taste of the dish. The place itself is very well maintained and has a nice allure.

My wife and I ate dinner last night and both of us got food poisoning. Feeling absolutely TERRIBLE! Came back to warn people and saw another person had food poisoning as well!!! This place should be reviewed by food safety agency.

Seen this on a friends Facebook, made a reservation & went last night for my 43rd celebration & Me & family had a great time I booked the large room for up to 25 people very comfortable room , spacious & nice sound system which made karaoke even more fun I didn't order any food but they had a nice menu the drinks were great and reasonably priced I recommend this place for anything! just to go and sing that's reason enough & the staff very friendly & welcoming Thank You !!

TLDR:Service - excellentFood - goodKaraoke system - not the simplest but great selection and not hard to use, with songs in many languagesReserved a medium karaoke room with friends and had a great time! I booked on Tuesday and the time slot we wanted for Saturday was already full, so plan further ahead than I did :) Reserving our room was very easy and we didn't need to pay until we got there. My group did not all arrive at the same time and the staff helped the latecomers find us, so I didn't have to constantly run in and out of the room which was really nice. Room prices were very reasonable (ended up being like 15$/person for 2 hours) and I think matched well to the suggested group sizes on their website - more than 13 for a medium room would be *very* tight.Staff were all super nice. I believe our server was Wei (should have confirmed his name before leaving!), and he also took my reservation over the phone - he is really friendly and helpful and deserves a shout-out! The room was clean and comfortable. Our tv was nice and big and we didn't have any issues with volume, mics working, etc. Our server turned on the AC for us when the room filled up and it started getting hot.I didn't drink, but my friends who did were happy and the food was good. Our server recommended the crab rangoons which were great! LOTS of crab, and he said they were handmade to order :) When I first arrived they gave us the option to have split tabs or just one for the room. I was happy that there was no drink minimum and we weren't pressured to order alcohol (things I've experienced at some other ktv places) as about half of my group doesn't drink.The karaoke system wasn't the easiest one I've used, but we were able to pick it up quickly and there was a good selection. Our server was very helpful in explaining it. Don't be intimidated and don't be afraid to ask for help! It was the first time doing KTV for most people in our group, and by the end everyone was able to queue songs easily.Huge variety of music - I saw songs in English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese with sections of the menu for mainland Chinese artists, TV and Movie stars/songs, separate sections for groups and soloists, and more (didn't see anything in Vietnamese but it's very possible I missed it). There were very few songs that we wanted and they didn't have. One song we wanted was in the system but not downloaded and it took maybe 15 minutes to download, so I'd recommend queuing up things early if you can :) It's also not the easiest system to browse American artists exclusively (the "foreign" section includes all the non-Chinese artists, I think), so it's good to have an idea of what songs you want beforehand.My only criticism is that for the medium room we would have preferred 3 microphones instead of 2. Also would have been cool if there were hooks in the room for coats/purses (maybe there were and we missed them?). Ultimately, we had an awesome time! We will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Their stir-fry bowls can be vegetarian (egg or tofu as protein) and possibly vegan (I didn't ask about the sauces but you could get one with no sauce). All but 3 of the appetizers were vegetarian.Parking: Public parking shared with the rest of the shopping center. We arrived at 6:45 on a Friday and had to circle around once to find a spot - not bad at all. If that lot is full I'm not sure what your other options are.
