I use to love this place it was a great place to play games and have fun. This is where I met my husband and it was a special place to us. Unfortunately last time I came here all the games were broken and the bowling lane bowls kept getting stuck and the pins were fall before I could bowl. I asked to get points reimbursed and she took the card and did nothing and then gave it back. We said whatever and we started to bowl and the girls next to us had no etiquette and were sitting on our side and in our lane. The balls got stuck and we had to wait forever to get them fixed and wasted our time. Went to the front to ask for any type of refund and all the mangers did was throw free bowling and game passes at us but all we really wanted was our 100 dollars back. Really shows how the company does not care about you and your experience and just wants your money. Wasted time and money and really disappointed in the mangers for not helping. Thinking that giving free things would help but felt like we were getting pushed off and not helped. Don’t recommend if you want your money to be wasted and have a terrible experience.

Some games don't work but will still take your points. Management don't seem to care about it because the issue's been there for months and they never fix it. They don't fix their games as long as kids keep swiping their cards and spending points.

Lots of things to do.. did unlimited bowling, however the girl didnt explain its unlimited for an hour and theres a pause button so we lost all kind of time just not knowing how it worked and thinking unlimited ment like the day.2 of the 3 bathroom stalls didnt have tp, 2 out of 3 paper towel dispensers didnt have towels..

Took my 9 year old as a reward for doing well in school. Everything was broken and the place was run down. Bad job by ownership. The employees were pleasant. The manager was nice. All the games had major issues. The only thing that seemed to be doing well was the kitchen and bar side. Sorry not sorry but, It's not a good place to take your kids.
