Great food. Absolutely amazing staff who make you feel like you're a VIP. Very warm, friendly, family oriented. The food, is thee best I've experienced within a fifty mile radius. You wont be disappointed! Goes without saying. When you choose morelias for the first time, you're going to want to come back again. You are treated like close personal family and friends. I honestly can't think of one negative. You'll see my other reviews on places aren't always flattering lol but these guys are top notch no doubt. They treat you right. In today's world, it can seem like that is an obsolete, few and far between type of quality, but this place isn't one that is lacking in that department. Of course I will be back and it'll make over twenty visits lol. Thanks morelias.
I come to this place at least 3-4 times a month over the last six years. I also recommend this place daily in my line of business. That will end unfortunately after last night's experience. I feel bad leaving the one star review because of all the other great experiences. We arrived around 7:10pm. They close at 9 and we were told originally a ten min wait. No problem. I think the woman was trying to deter us from staying when she sent another younger employee up to say after she told us 10 min to say 25 more min. Still no problem because I enjoy this place. That puts our eating time around 7:45. Still plenty of time before they close and my party was only two people. About 25 min later we were seated and given the regular chips and salsa. Ordered.....when my queso came my chips were out so I asked for another basket. (paying for them is no problem) . The older woman brings me out a batch that were burnt. I kindly asked for different chips because of burnt taste. She went to the back, got on her phone and never brought me chips. Now my queso is ice cold by the time another server replaced the chips I asked for with another (probably the same) chips that had about four non burnt chips placed on top of an entire basket of burnt chips. Now I'm irritated because not only did the older women not replace them but followed the other server in the back laughing and both came out still laughing. Of course I didn't eat the chips or my $7 queso. My main dish was fine but my other part of my party was highly disappointed so he left me there to finish my meal. I also ordered fried ice cream but decided to cancel that because before the other half of my party left he made a comment to the younger server about the older woman and never even relayed the message. I am unsure of her name but she's been an employee there a long time. Maybe it's Diego's mom or his significant others mom. She should not deal with the public because she's causing people to not return. The other staff was very nice and new to me this evening and all the past employees have been great. Unfortunately I won't return and will let people know about my experience.

I was hungry for a good burrito so I checked for a Mexican restaurant in the area with the highest rating.I ordered the house burrito for lunch and picked it up. I was shocked at how much the take out bag weighed!I've traveled all over and I have eaten my way across the Europe and the US.I honestly don't remember having such a great burrito as I have here.There was at least one and a half pound of meat in it. The cheese sauce was excellent and I don't recall ever having refried beans this good in my life!I was early to pick up my order. As I waited, I was blown away by the servings being brought to the tables. The plates were full and everything looked and smelled delicious!I asked a few patrons how the food was, all responses were positive and not one person put down their fork to answer, lol. Another good sign.I will definitely be back!

Incredibly friendly service, great food, lovely atmosphere. In town visiting and my family brought me here after many great experiences of their own. What a great choice! Everything was excellent. Highly recommend the La Bamba platter. Delicious.

The food was really well seasoned and fresh. The mole sauce was amazing. What really made this restaurant great though was the service. They are on top of it and so kind and thoughtful. They brought out different sauces for us to try to make sure we were okay with it in the dish. Drinks were refilled before you noticed they were empty. They brought us a seat for the baby before we even asked. They put a lot of heart and soul into this place. I will definitely be coming back many times. I hardly leave reviews unless something is exceptional and this place deserves more than 5 stars.

The absolute BEST Mexican food in Delaware! Each & every employee was very friendly, attentive, & helpful! The strawberry mango margarita was fabulous! We live in Clayton but will definitely make the drive to come back. So glad we found this place! ? Check them out, you will not be disappointed!
