Ordered to go and my complete meal was cold . The breadsticks were hard and cold and the chicken Parmesan was cold . The fettuccine and the lasagna was cold . You’re better off not tipping at all than to tip when you place the order because that doesn’t even matter to these people . I won’t be coming to this place again . Sadly I receive hot food when I tip cash after they bring the food out .
