Customer service was terrible I came in and nobody greeted me at all. I stood there for 5 minutes or more without anyone asking me for an order or what I needed. They looked at me and proceeded to do nothing not even say they were coming. Until I started to quite noticeably look and sound annoyed. This experience alone would make me not to come back.

Walked in Sunday at 1pm my pizzas were done in warmer. As soon as I walked in guy said it would be 10 minute wait without even greeting me or asking me what order I had. Made me wait 15 minutes for pizza that was literally done and sitting on the warmer from the time I walked in. Absolutely awful service and awful attitude.

Had to give a 0 rating but i have no option, the person at the front desk is very rude, we ordered pizza online and came to pick it up, she did not even care to add the chilli flakes and crust peppers- when asked she didn't care to even answer us, also she asked 1 dollar for those!! Later we realised that we forgot to mention the tip amount for her on the receipt!! Crazy person. By the by why should i give tip for a carey out order?

Ordered pizza using phone app before i left work to pick up on the way home. Took longer to make than was told (phone app tracker) so i waited in the car. In-and-out pretty quick once it was ready.
