This is average dining hall food. It's not bad, but it's nothing to write home about. The quality of the food is hit and miss. Sometimes they have external vendors provide food and that is always good. The made to order pizza and burgers are always reliable and a safe bet.
The food is cold, it has no flavor! There also isn't a lot of options compared to the other dinning halls on campus. The people that work there are great, just wish the food was as great.

Hey... so not to be mean but the cooks here must not be true chefs. It's disappointing, as a college student. I worked at a farm my whole life only to get a good education at the university of Delaware. Suddenly their noodles were poisoning me and their lettuce was browning like the change from summer to autumn.
