It is very convenient for me to have this establishment 2 light away from my work place but it’s very annoying being here for the past 3 weeks and they are always out of Oreo cheescake and for the employee to actually recognize my voice and say noo we still out bothered me why you advertising something you don’t have ?

I did an online order for drive through pick up. Upon my arrival, I was told to pull up. Fresh chicken would be done in 10 minutes, they would bring it out. They were not that busy but 30 minutes later, I walked in and she was sitting down eating. My food had been done, and she was relaxing having her meal. I came in and she started laughing. It may have been she was nervous. For me it was pure disrespect and ignorance at its finest.

When we arrived, there was only car in front of us at the mic. When we pulled up, we could hear the cashier speaking with someone inside the restaurant. We sat there for quite some time, but we never received another response even when I tried to say hello. So, we had to back out of the drive thru. My mom went in for chicken, which came out hot and fresh. Service in the drive thru left more to desire.

I don't know because they didn't have restrooms for guest. So I did not eat here. I don't know how they get away with this when they are required by law to have accessible bathrooms to anyone that eats there.
