Upon visiting the restaurant, I placed an order for dinner to go. Regrettably, one of the items I requested was unavailable, and I was offered a substitution of comparable value. I placed something of comparable value and they charged me the slight price difference. Upon arriving home, I discovered that two portions of white rice were missing from my order. Upon informing the restaurant, I encountered resistance, as the staff insisted that the omitted items were included. Despite providing evidence to the contrary, I was met with reluctance to rectify the error. After a prolonged discussion, a resolution was reached for a credit, albeit after several minutes of being placed on hold. This experience, marked by miscommunication and delay, fell short of expected standards of customer service.

My friends and I decided to give this restaurant a try. The spring rolls are delicious, and the dipping sauce complement them. I had the fried rice with lobster it was good. The portions are good.

We showed up on a Saturday in February 2024 around 2: 30. About half the tables were full with customers. We ordered the n Friday pot sticker sampler for two. We also ordered the scallion pancakes. The food came out fairly quickly, and there was enough food for the both of us. The staff was friendly to us. Bathrooms were clean. This place has a full bar.
