TIME FOR A REAL REVIEW!I'm giving this a one-star review because of one person. I have to say that everything was good until when we were leaving..the waitress did not see me stay behind to wash my hands and I heard her call a child in our party and idiot because half his bbq ribs order was not cooked completely. I was about to engage her, but she walked into the kitchen. I was going to take my 20% tip back but felt she needed it more than us. We were very respectful, and the manager was gracious as well, but IRIS, the waitress, behaved in a cowardly manner. A so-called adult belittling a kid over his order is pathetic. IRIS needs a lesson on empathi, and she needs to be careful because her so-called disgusting actions could be directed to the wrong person. A good night ended on a sour note because of one individual. RED Robin needs to be better.

We have order impossible burger and veggie burger with strawberry margarita. Food was good, as per my friend. But I notice one thing in menu saying “Fried items may be prepared in the same frying oil as menu items containing animal ingredients. We cannot guarantee that cross-contact with animal ingredients will not occur.” As I am vegetarian, I might not order food again but I really appreciate the transparency.About service, the service was served by Joe, he was doing his job amazingly. 5 stars for his service. Ambience is good at red robin.

The waitress didn't even care took my kids out for doing good in school. Asked for a root beer float three times for my son she just brought him a root beer no explaining it or we don't have none. As we're leaving I see what she's been doing her and a co worker have a booth of there own talking away. That's work at these place now.
