My sister and brother got a salad from here while I was working, when I got off they saved some for me to eat. surprise, we all wake up at 3am with diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. We all have food poisoning, I called to let them know and they didn't even say sorry, they didn't care at all. So there you have it, I will never be visiting another saladworks again. They have a previous review also mentioning a concern with spoiled food. I hope they at least threw away anything from the previous day to avoid anyone else getting sick but I doubt it.

I usually go to a salad works in pa and they mix in a good amount of dressing. I got a Cesar salad from here and there was so much dressing- soaked in dressing. Not very good.

If you're gonna eat salad then go to salad works. I had the bleau chicken salad. It was very good. They have plenty to choose from and you can make your own as well.

It's hard to eat healthy at a mall in the US. Saladworks offers a good option however for such in the Christiana Mall. Inside the food court you'll find this gem. They offer the same great salad selections here as an independent restaurant. The prices are the same too. You can even do pick up or delivery with Uber Eats from this location. I ordered online on Thursday 8/11 for delivery. About an hour later I received a text that my order was on the way through Uber Eats. Then I got a text saying my order was delivered. IT WAS NOT. I was waiting by my door. I tried to call. However this place chooses not to answer their phone. I will have to dispute the charge and go elsewhere

I place an online order on 8/11 and it was supposed to be delivered by Uber Eats. I get a text an hour later telling my my order was delivered. IT WAS NOT. I tried calling the store from 1:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. No one believes in answering the phone. very rude. I will have to dispute the charge

Place was really busy and the person Had a hard time hearing me when making my order. I felt really bad about asking them to correct the order I had made ( I’m very anxious and it wasn’t their fault). Cashier was wondering and very understanding.
