Unfortunately, I am going to have to leave a bad review. I can count on more than one hand now the amount of times the food was incorrect, cold, etc.This is a fast food restaurant, but the bill was over $50. It is overpriced and if it is going to be this expensive, everything should be hot, fresh, and accurate.To give a few pros before concluding, the staff is usually very friendly. The mistakes are probably due to lack of training, which is a management issue. The few times we have had the food hot and fresh, it was good. But those times are rare.We used to love this place, but we will not be returning… we gave many chances, lost a lot of money, and wasted too much food.

No better or worse than just about any other Shake Shack I've been to. Burgers are good, chicken is good, fries are good. Food came out reasonably quickly and properly prepared. Not much more to say.
