I mobile ordered to be told there was nothing to make my order and to choose something else and stand behind a line of 8 people when I was in a time crunch and used the mobile order to save time. Keep in mind a group of about 12 had just sat down with sandwiches, but mine wasnt made ordered 20 minutes ago.. (quote was 15 minutes) I then asked for a cash refund and was given a card refund that will probably not come until next week. I love this location but the way this was handled awful and the cashiers tone was rude. 4/19

I cannot say I agree with any of these reviews written. Despite the nasty comments I had to experience this for myself because my husband and I LOVE SUBWAY. Jessica was very welcoming and helpful throughout my experience with a fresh line and sense of urgency to meet the customers needs. I appreciate her individual time spent with my in building my sandwiches. I will most defiantly be back to this location!Thanks again Jessica

My experience was good. I have visited twice in this month and ordered veggie delight both the time. Food was serve by same girl named kee. Service was really good, she is polite, understands and resolve your issue, if you have any. Good customer service. I never had dine in experience but ambiance is clean and hygienic. One extra star is definitely for kee.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. The workers did not seem to care at all that there was a room full of extraordinarily patient people watching them wait for the food to prepare itself. I have never left a review for a restaurant or fast food place in my life but this I must share and recommend no one enter this establishment unless you have hours on your hands to wait for 2 workers to make a combined 3 sandwiches. I was one of many who walked out, I only stayed so long because there was 6 people in front of me when I got there and I timed 30 minutes to complete 3 peoples 1 sandwich orders. Then I gave up when I heard the next person ask for two sandwiches. Do the math it’s not worth anyone’s time.

I have ordered delivery from here before and it has always been great but today I ordered a veggie sandwich and a cookie and they were not delivered. It wasn't the delivery that pissed me off, it was the fact that when I called them numerous times they didn't pick up at this location. I tried door dash customer service and the repsentative also tried to call them but got no answer so I had to get a refund.

Split a sandwich with a friend. There was an older woman preparing food with no hair net who is hunched over. Fortunately, we hadour food prepared by someone who's hair was pulled up.

I was there yesterday (9/2/23) with my stepfather. We took part in the promotional BYGO free via using the app. As we placed our order online (1 Philly cheesesteak w/2x mayo and 1 chicken teriyaki) and PAID for it the two "kids" working proceeded to ask me what our order was. I explained to them BOTH that I am hard of hearing and could you (the blonde girl) speak louder. She then proceeded to talk to me in a even SOFTER voice and I was like again I am hard if hearing. This second attempt by me was fruitless. Anyway they said to me that my order didn't go through and I asked how is that possible when after payment I was given a 'pick up time of 5:20pm? So AGAIN I gave them my order in person and they tell me they are completely out of mayo. As I waited patiently I then see them making my order of two footlong subs back-to-back!! The other "kid" (brunette) said its ok you can have them both (so 2 of each... no charge). WRONG!!! They tried to charge me for them as well. I said I already paid and I'm not paying again. So even AFTER confirmation of ordering AND paying for some reason their app didn't accept my food order OR payment. Bad Form, Subway!! On top of that after making a new payment we were DENIED the two extra subs we were told we would be given "for out troubles". I don't know about the rest of the staff but these two girls' ages must've been between 15 to 18 (at most) NEED to be trained... and trained AGAIN because not only did they not comply with the request if the hearing impaired but they also did not write which sub was which.

Love waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich .. no exaggeration !!

Food tastes ok. The issue that stands out with me is cleanliness (or lack thereof). Both the floor and the tables are dirty; frankly it's disgusting and there are fruit flies near the fountain soda area. Employee attitude is mediocre. They appear as if they'd rather be somewhere else and there have been occasions when the one male employee is listening to his own music and you can hear it on top of the music on the store speakers. Highly unpleasant dining experience overall
