Waited close to 2 hours for my food our waiter said it wasn’t going to take more than 15 minutes. I don’t expect it to take exactly 15 minutes but two hours is unacceptable. Service is horrible. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

You walk in and the dingy smell just hits you.As if you walked into some wet barn with rotting furniture in it. Food is pretty much what you would expect from microwaved food. Service, well I understand the standards are low but man getting the dirty dishes off the table would be a nice thing to do one would think ?

Here trying to have Christmas dinner with my family and football fans were absolutely obnoxious along with the staff.... not a care giving for all the other people in there just trying to have dinner highly annoying especially when football is fake
Bartenders were very good! A friend of mine and I stopped by a few days ago before Christmas, it was pretty quiet but it was nice. Other patrons at the bar were friendly, though there weren't too many people there. Food was good, though not a lot of options. Maybe they have fewer since covid, I'm not sure. I got the cotton candy martini, which was fantastic, and the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, which was alright. Meatball apps were incredible, though. Service was good, food was nice, atmosphere was quiet, overall.

By far the worst service I've ever received. And I've tried this place several times. Shame on me. You'll wait 20 minutes to even meet your server, 45 after you order and 25 after you give them your credit card. Food is okay.

Put an order in for some Whiskey Bourbon chicken strips on my lunch break from work. Got back work and for the life of me I didn’t understand how they mistootenwasn’t on my lunch break from I would’ve took them back and demanded a refund. This was worse TGI Friday experience I’ve ever had. I just wish these restaurants would be more specific about the menu cause these things were processed and breaded like they were a bag of Tyson breaded nuggets from the market. My Fridays experience are definitely on hold now until I see fit to patronize them again. When I tried to put a claim in the submit option doesn’t work unless you hit the privacy policy but then the submission option disappeared so I’m starting to think this is all game. And on that not I’ll just take my money and business elsewhere.Parking: Nothing

Attended recently for a lunch. I ordered the white cheddar broccoli soup and crabcakes (appetizers). Both were fresh, hot and delicious. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders with fries and broccoli (replaced broccoli slaw). Her food was a bit overcooked and dry.We had a number of challenges but our waitress was wonderful. She went above and beyond to try to compensate for areas that were belong their normal standard.Please know Fridays has made changes to their menu that are worth trying. Sadly green bean fries have been retired.
