i would give 0 stars if possible. everything i ordered on doordash was either missing or disgusting. greene turtle was not able to refund me and doordash only refunded about 20% of the cost. just don’t eat here

I was picking up a delivery at 10:30 on a Friday night and had to wait to get in because there was a line of young people. When I got inside the order was still being prepared. As the seconds dragged into minutes the entire place was completely filled with genZers ready to party. My order came and I was pressed against the glass doors to the patio. I unlocked the door to escape. My point is you can still get food delivered late on a Friday night until closing during the week.

Everyone I was with liked their food. The staff were busy, and that might’ve interrupted a tiny bit of service quality, but that’s also kind of a good sign in my experience. The pros handled difficult situations withcomposure, kudos to them!

Service was very slow. Even though at the twelve o'clock hour there were only 10 people in the place. My blackened chicken wrap I HATE to say was very dry. My fries were good. Usually like a Green Turtle restaurant.

Not sure. I didn’t stay so I have know idea about the food b my family and I walked in after Karate class and we sat and sat and sat for about 10 mins after being told to pick a seat by the bartender and that she would bring us menus. That never happen so we got up and left after waiting around like were invisible. Place was not busy either.

Got buffalo wings that had no buffalo, was just fried wings. God a margarita that was sour mix with what tasted like half a shot of jose cuervo. Very dissapointed with this experience and probably wont be coming back again, but maybe I just went on the wrong day.
We used this location for our post-team meal (about 25 individual meals). Communication was friendly, accommodating, and met our needs without issue. Delivery was prompt- they brought multiple people to make sure the delivery was smooth, and were very helpful in bringing in the meals. Everything was labeled for easy distribution. They provided ample condiments and utensils. The food was excellent- the team all enjoyed their meals. I especially enjoyed my crab dip! Thank you for a great experience and great food!

Walked in after karate tonight, to a very uncrowded restaurant with our 6 year old. The hostess stand was empty, but the bartender greeted us and told us to sit anywhere, and that she would bring us some menus. We sat at the table for several minutes, and she continued talking at the bar, and never brought the menus. A waitress then walked past us several times and never said hello or offered to bring us menus, etc. she cleared both tables on either side of us, and continued to ignore us. She left again and came back, and asked us if someone had seated us, and we told her the bartender had. She left again, and came back telling us that no one told them we were there, which she could clearly see we were? Common sense was missing, I guess. She left again, and went to talk to another waitress, and both seemed reluctant to come back to our table. After feeling like we were a nuisance, we decided to go elsewhere, and even though we are at karate twice a week, we won’t be going there again.

There aren't enough bartenders, you have more security staff. It is difficult to get to the bar to order or do anything. People are being overserved because the staff can't check.
