“The burgers did not have the four corner press and it looked as though the meat was laid on the grill and burnt on one side then flipped without pressing and cooked the rest of the way through. There was a dark ring around the exterior of the square padding which was at that point shaped more like a rectangle and the meat on the inside was like a gray color so definitely no four corner press. That changes the flavor and the consistency of the meat and makes the meat more dense and thick closer to a charcoal or gas grill burger than a Wendy's burger...Dietary restrictions: I have a 2000 mg daily salt restriction. The baconator in one single sandwich has roughly 2,250 mg of sodium...“
“Wendy's food is consistently good. I just wish they would learn how to keep the lines moving quickly like McDonald's always does. On my last visit, I had to wait 5 minutes to get my credit card back after getting my order that I waited at least 10 minutes for.“
“Great food, a little slow but I saw the window guy verify the order before bagging. I recommend it for "the better fast food". Unfortunately the ghost pepper fries were coated in the sauce, fine, but it was too liquid to stay in the container, so it leaked all over the napkins, no car damage. I found the container to be at fault, not the bagger. The food was decent, tasted fresh, less the ghost pepper fries, which is odd but they tasted spicy yes, but old, as if they save the fries they should throw out for this item. Otherwise great jbc and spicy nuggets. Correct order is the most essential thing, and he verified it before handing it to me.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair parking“
“I was searching all over town for the new Pull aparts (Cinnabon), but everyone was sold out. I called the Wendy’s in University Plaza and spoke with David. He was able to find the last two and was preparing them when I arrived. I truly appreciate that kind of service and will not forget it. David went the extra mile and was extremely gracious. Wendy’s should be thankful to have David as an employee. They were delicious by the way. Thank you, David.“
