Worst drive through I’ve ever been through. Doesn’t matter what part of the day, it’s always at least a 15 minute wait in their drive through line. 1 window and the same person taking orders is taking the money and getting the food ready. Figure it out. Been in this line for 25 minutes now

This is the 3rd time this week I have been here in the morning placed a mobile order and guess what I waited over 30 minutes. Yea it’s close to my house but I rather go elsewhere that knows how to use their time wisely

It is unfortunate when your order is completely fumbled... wrong item, cold food, coffee made improperly, long wait and instead of acknowledging that they made a mistake they make excuses for the mistake. That fact that you are a “a new generation store” does not excuse the fact that I received the wrong item, it does make it okay to deliver cold hash browns, or make the coffee wrong, and than after I leave realize the coffee is still wrong after you fix it.

Cant complain much, its a coffee and snack shop - their frozen mocha is like a caffinated chocolate slurpee, TRY IT.

They are very friendly and helpful and they have good food and coffee to and Megan is the manager and she is wounderful and Jody is an employee and she is wounderful to. So go to Dunkin and have fun you will leave with a full belly and a smile on your face.

This is the worst place I have been to in a very long time. My boyfriend and I choose to go here because it was close to his house. Never again. Next time I would much rather drive somewhere.
I usually get gift certificates from my students to go here. Nice to visit occasionally.

Very very poor vist . cashier was fighting with another co worker . My girlfriend told the cashier we wanted a dozen of donuts . Before me and my girlfriend could tell her what we wanted the employee started filling the box with random donuts of her choice . When we spoke we spoke up and said what we wanted she got about half an attitude . Every question my girlfriend asked made her feel unwanted and outta place . we finally got home and still not what we orderd or wanted . But next time we will go to the DD om Kirkwood highway or even across the street to 711 . I normally don't do reviews but maybe ill start . we will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Have a safe and happy 4th pf July everyone god bless
