“Big Fish is awesome! The food is great. The Salmon is made perfectly with the right amount of sauce and the fries are perfect. I have been coming to this place for a really long time, as every summer i stay at my grandparent's beach house in Bethany Beach. I was so glad when they built a location in Ocean View because it's much closer to us. It also holds a special place in my heart as one of the last times I ate there was my grandfather's last meal at a restaurant before passing away in late April 2023. We went with him along with some of our other relatives during Easter Weekend of 2023. We were seated in a private room on the first floor and it was perfect. A Hopkins Lacrosse game was playing on the tv and it wasn't as loud so my grandpa could hear us.Which was great since he had hearing issues. He ordered everything on the menu pretty much from appetizers, to meals, to dessert, to drinks (starting before we even got menus) and it was delicious. Thank you Big Fish for making his last meal out so special.“

“Fabulous dinner this week at Blue Moon. Everything was spectacular. Outside table for two, service, food. We started with the tuna carpaccio which was better than ever and then shared the sea bass. Two large pieces which were done to perfection. Alexander Valley red cab wine was excellent but was $20 more than we found at a neighboring restaurant the night after. And we were passing on dessert until our waitress recommended the Oreo cookie cheesecake which we would never select but we got it and it truly was delicious. Had enough left over for the next night! Excellent job, Blue Moon!!“

“I rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant was amazing. I ordered take out and everything was packaged well and flavorful, from the brussel sprout salad to the coconut shrimp, and then my filet mignon entree.I will definitely dine in next time I'm in Bethany.“

“Fast and courteous service, I saw some reviews about the Fish and Chips, the server recommended the other items first but then said that was a good choice too. I went with that and it was good. Except one thing, the fish was left in the fryer a tad longer than needed, both ends of the piece were overdone, as it is thinner. The middle was great but I would rather the whole piece be good. Plenty of fries, cole slaw was good too.“

“A group of 6 of us had dinner here this weekend and very much enjoyed it. We ordered the garlic shrimp appetizer, steak skewers, the Star salad, crab cakes, the scallop bacon corn soup, and cream of crab soup. Everything was excellent. Our server was very attentive as well. We were told this was a fairly new chef so if you've been before, the menu has changed, they have specials, and it's really good food for a good price too. Also, they have a fireplace, lots of windows, vaulted ceilings, water and a pretty view. It's a small place so I recommend reservations.“

“Friends live down the street, stumbled onto this little local bar, decided to stop in and it was the best decision we ever made! It was burger night and we had a blast on a budget! The food was amazing and inexpensive, the drinks were all top notch, and the service was great! I'd consider driving out of my way to go here for a night out with friends... Highly recommend!“

“Great local people, great live music, bartenders are fabulous.... many pool tables and alot of locals are fantastic at pool. Every time we go here we meet new people and have a great time. Drinks are reasonably priced as well. I love it here, can't wait to go back. They do not serve or have food however, but you can order out and take food in.“

“me and my partner had the crab cake egg rolls and wings for appetizers and for our entrees he had the steamed shrimp and I had the deadliest steam pot. the food was great just a bit pricey and the service was a bit slow the restaurant wasn’t too busy either but we waited awhile for even our waters. would come back for the tasty food though!“

“The best pit beef sandwich ever ! The French onion soup is delicious , cheesy , broth is rich ., My favorite soup is the clam chowder . I hope they have the clam chowder soup all year . . Only negative the restaurant could use an update .“

“Julie was the perfect level of attentive and fun. Never got to half on a beverage. The Champagne Supernova cocktail was delicious. Octopus was cooked perfectly, which commonly gets murdered at most restaurants. The Scampi was perfect. Not some heavy cream based slop like America is used to. The Asparagus Puree Soup was another delicious option. This is definitely somewhere we will come back to next vacation.“

“We go to Yellowfin's often for the great food and service but this evening was particularly outstanding. It was Easter Sunday. We came in at 5:40 and was told that they would be closing at 6 because of the holiday. Our server, Reagan was so gracious. We were willing to leave but she explained that they weren't taking new customers after 6 but it was perfectly fine that we ordered before then. The meal was excellent and she was so attentive. We felt very welcomed and not rushed at all. She is an asset to the business. We hope to see her again soon. Thank you, Reagan! Happy Easter to the whole staff.“

“First time for us at Mio Fratello. We dined with friends who have been there numerous times. I chose to try their linguini and clam sauce. I make that dish as well. So I wanted to compare. It was absolutely delicious! The owner was so accommodating , the ambiance was happy, and the drinks delicious!! ( Old Fashioned). Will go back again!!“

“What a fantastic place. A Bethany institution, no less. I don’t even know where to begin celebrating this place. It’s unpretentious, honest, authentic, genuine, well-priced. It’s the only of maybe two places in Bethany that you will find with regular locals. The owner, John, is the Man! One of the nicest guys on the shore. The portions are huge and the price has changed maybe once in the past few years. You won’t find a heartier, more honest place in the area.“
