You can't bake a bread roll, shape it into a circle, and call it a bagel! Just terrible. Asked for toasted, it was cold. The cream cheese was pretty bad too. I was looking for a change from our normal breakfast spots but was deeply disappointed. Will not return.

consistently good! we visited Dave & Skippy’s a few times during our week at the beach and the food was always good. they were busy but the staff did a great job keeping the line moving and getting the food out quickly.

1 out of 10 on the açaí bowl, service about the same. Do not recommend and will not be back. Didn't even have a spoon to eat açaí. Fork it!

Strawberry and banana smoothies and pastrami breakfast bagel sandwiches are a must for the beach.

Uh I'd probably skip.. haven't tried the food just yet but the cashier used the same gloves to tender change and touch our food...... Update: Bagel is cold and not toasted

Unsure why there would be any questionable comments about this place. We come here every year and it is one of our favorites staff is very friendly and the food is top notch. Thank you guys for years of good breakfasts!

At the beach with multiple families so went to pick up some bagels this morning for 12 people. Tried to order two dozen but was told that was not possible, the most I could purchase was 6. I understand they are a small shop and that might not be possible first thing in the morning, but it appears the bagels are just taken out of bags and put in the display case. After purchasing and taking them home to eat I can confirm they are essentially grocery store bagels just repackaged in to brown paper bags to seem fresh. I find that somewhat off-putting for a place with "gourmet bagels" in the name. I can't speak to the sandwiches, maybe they are better, but if just looking to purchase bagels I would go so somewhere else.

This place is consistently great! Friendly staff with quick service. The food is absolutely delicious. Great for breakfast or lunch and very convenient to the beach.
