If you ask just about anyone who lives in Rehoboth Beach where to get the best chicken salad in town, the overwhelming response will be Lori's Cafe. The salad is made fresh daily and served on a variety of delicious breads (we love the French baguette) or mounded on a salad of greens loaded with chopped green apples and walnuts. Can't believe I have been coming to Rehoboth for 20+ years and just found this place this summer. Delicious sandwiches--I got a BLT with turkey and avocado and it was soooo good!! I love their outdoor eating area, even on hot days it's very shady and cooler under the trees. They had good fresh brewed iced tea too, which I can be quite picky about. I came here with my grandmother a while back, I got the chicken salad club and when I tell you I still dream about it!!! The lady who took my order was super sweet, the outdoor seating is very relaxing and quiet as well. I’m definitely going back the next time I come to rehobeth:))
